Container House Freight Price List
The freight price of container houses is influenced by multiple factors, and there is no unified fixed price list. The specific cost needs to be comprehensively calculated based on the actual situation. The following are the details and calculation methods of various costs:

Basic Freight: This is the main component of the freight and is directly related to the transportation distance. It is usually calculated by multiplying the unit price per kilometer by the transportation mileage. For example, if the unit price per kilometer is set at 5 yuan, and the transportation is to a location 100 kilometers away, the basic freight will be 5 yuan/km × 100 km = 500 yuan; if the transportation is to a location 500 kilometers away, the basic freight will be 5 yuan/km × 500 km = 2500 yuan. The unit price per kilometer may vary in different regions and among different transportation companies, depending on local transportation costs, market supply and demand, and other factors.
Loading and Unloading Fees: During the loading and unloading processes, manual labor is required to hoist the container houses onto the transportation vehicles, resulting in loading and unloading fees. These fees vary depending on the local labor costs, the weight, and size of the container houses. Generally, the loading and unloading fee for a small container house may be around 500 yuan each time, while for a large container house, due to its greater weight and size and increased hoisting difficulty, the loading and unloading fee may reach 1000 yuan each time.
Choice of Transportation Vehicle: Different transportation vehicles also lead to differences in freight. The transportation cost of ordinary trucks is relatively low, but they may be limited by the carrying capacity of the trucks and are suitable for transporting a small number or small-sized container houses. For example, an ordinary truck may charge 1000 yuan for transporting a small container house once. If specialized large transportation vehicles such as flatbed trucks are chosen, although the cost will be higher, they can transport larger or more container houses. For the same transportation of a small container house once, a flatbed truck may charge 1500 yuan.
Insurance Fees: To prevent accidental damage during transportation, cargo transportation insurance is generally purchased. The insurance fee is charged at a certain proportion based on the value of the container house. For example, for a container house worth 100,000 yuan, if the insurance rate is 0.5%, the insurance fee will be 100,000 yuan × 0.5% = 500 yuan.
Fees for Special Circumstances: If the transportation route has complex road conditions and requires passing through special sections such as bridges with weight limits, additional fees may be incurred. These fees are determined based on the actual situation and are difficult to accurately estimate in advance.
Short-Distance Transportation Fees: For 6-meter standard containers within 50 kilometers, the freight is usually 800 - 1200 yuan per unit, and this fee already includes the hoisting fee.
