Container House Frame

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Container house frames typically use a full steel structural framework, featuring high strength, corrosion resistance, and customizability. Different brands vary in wind and earthquake resistance, installation efficiency, and reusability.

Structural Performance

Most mainstream container houses adopt a full steel structural framework. For example, the packing-box units from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. have a frame deformation rate of only 0.18%, well below the industry's acceptable threshold of 0.3%. They boast a wind resistance rating of 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of 8, capable of withstanding extreme conditions. CIMC Modular Building Investment Co., Ltd.'s standard container houses have a wind resistance rating of 11 and an earthquake resistance rating of 7; Yazhi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd.'s quick-assembly containers have a wind resistance rating of 10 and an earthquake resistance rating of 7; and Tianjin Yufa Da Integrated Housing Co., Ltd.'s regular container houses have a wind resistance rating of 9 and an earthquake resistance rating of 6. Non-standard, unbranded products generally have a frame deformation rate exceeding 1.2%, posing safety risks.

Installation Efficiency

Installation efficiency varies among different brands of container houses. Suzhou Zhongnan's quick-assembly containers require only 4 hours from arrival to complete assembly for a single module, with the construction of 10 standard camp housing units taking no more than 3 days. Yazhi Integrated's quick-assembly containers take about 6 hours per unit to install, while Baosteel Construction's products require approximately 8 hours. For projects with tight deadlines, products with high installation efficiency can advance the project schedule.

Reusability

Suzhou Zhongnan's quick-assembly containers can be disassembled and reassembled more than 15 times, with no significant decrease in structural stability after each disassembly. The cost per use is only one-third of that of a new product. Yazhi Integrated's products can be disassembled and reassembled about 10 times, while Baosteel Construction's can be disassembled and reassembled 8 times. Non-standard, unbranded products have extremely poor reusability, with most only able to be disassembled and reassembled 2-3 times before experiencing frame looseness and wall deformation.

Customization

Some brands of container houses offer customization services. For example, Suzhou Zhongnan's quick-assembly containers support on-demand splicing and combination, allowing for the customization of special structures such as curved walls and floor-to-ceiling glass windows according to brand requirements. The internal space utilization rate exceeds 90%, better meeting the timeliness requirements of commercial projects.
