Four-Corner Lifting of Container Houses

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The four-corner lifting of container houses can be achieved through various devices, with common types including hydraulic, electric screw, and chain lifting devices. Specific loading and unloading equipment can also achieve synchronized four-corner lifting.

A container house with a lifting mechanism has four columns located at each corner. The bottom of each column is flexibly connected to a support plate via a first rotating shaft. A positioning mechanism is set on the front side of the front columns, and the rear side of the positioning mechanism is fixed to the front side of the container house. Rotating the rotating rod drives the gear disc to rotate, causing the columns to move up and down, and then the positioning mechanism is used for limiting and fixing, thereby achieving support and lifting of the container house.

There are three common types of lifting devices for container cabins. Hydraulic lifting devices: These rely on a hydraulic system to drive piston expansion and contraction, with components such as oil pumps, oil cylinders, and oil pipes working together to lift the container cabin. Their core advantages are significant. They have a strong load-bearing capacity, meeting the lifting needs of heavy container houses; the lifting process is stable, preventing damage to the house and its internal items due to unstable lifting; and they can precisely control the lifting height, suitable for operations with high lifting accuracy requirements.

Electric screw lifting devices: These drive the screw to rotate via a motor, causing the nut that cooperates with the screw to move in a straight line, thereby lifting the container cabin. This device has a simple structure, is easy to install, saving installation time and cost; its overall cost is relatively low, and it is mostly used for small container cabins and scenarios with low requirements for lifting speed.

Chain lifting devices: These are driven by a motor to rotate the chain, directly connecting the chain to the container cabin and achieving lifting through the retraction and extension of the chain. They have high transmission efficiency and can achieve relatively fast lifting speeds, often used in operation scenarios that require quick completion of lifting actions.

In addition, there are container loading and unloading devices with synchronized four-corner lifting. They come with a bottom universal wheel design, allowing for easy pushing and transfer during daily use. When performing formal lifting operations, the bottom is fixed to ensure a safe and stable lifting process, with smooth and controllable lifting and simple and easy operation.
