Container House Floor Installation Diagram

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of the container house floor mainly includes steps such as base frame installation, secondary beam installation, base plate and floor laying, and floor fixation. Here is a detailed introduction:

Base Frame Installation

  • On a flat ground (or workbench), connect the bottom corners of the container to the base beams. Use hexagon socket bolts to connect the corners to the base beams, but do not tighten them temporarily. After alignment, ensure that the diagonal difference of the base frame is ≤3mm, and then tighten the bolts. This step ensures the squareness and stability of the base frame, laying the foundation for subsequent installations.

Secondary Beam Installation

  • Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the base beams need to be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws. The installation of the secondary beams increases the supporting structure of the floor and improves the overall load-bearing capacity.

Base Plate and Floor Laying

  • Lay the floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) along the 6-meter direction. The base plates at both ends have been pre-drilled, but they need to be cut at an angle according to the drawn chalk lines. Mark the midline of the π-shaped beams to prepare for laying the floor and nailing the floor. Start laying the floor from one end, with the joint between two floor pieces coinciding with the midline of the π-shaped beams.

Floor Fixation and Subsequent Treatment

  • After laying the floor, snap chalk lines on the floor according to the previously marked midline of the π-shaped beams (two chalk lines are required at the floor joint, each deviating 20mm from the midline), and fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws, with a nailing interval of 300 - 350mm. Sand the entire floor, especially the floor joints, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, lay the floor covering, expel the air between the floor covering and the base plate, and if possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor covering. These series of operations ensure the flatness, firmness, and waterproof performance of the floor.
