Container House Factory Standards
Container house factory standards primarily cover aspects such as material quality, factory production quality, and overall performance requirements.

I. Material Quality Standards
The steel, accessories, and other materials used in container houses must comply with relevant acceptance regulations. In terms of steel, the thickness of the main beams and columns is a key indicator, directly affecting the load-bearing capacity of the container house. Meanwhile, the welding process must be full and free of cold welds to ensure the overall stability of the structure. Additionally, the container body should undergo overall galvanization or anti-corrosion coating to extend its service life and prevent damage from corrosion during transportation, stacking, and use.
II. Factory Production Quality Standards
Container house products manufactured in factories must undergo rigorous quality inspections. This includes implementing a comprehensive and well-defined quality management system and regulations for all stages, such as the production and storage of container house units. Manufacturing enterprises should establish inspection departments, and inspection equipment must be calibrated and qualified for use within its validity period. Additionally, it is advisable to establish a quality traceability management system to track and improve quality issues during the production process. During production, construction units or supervision units may send representatives to supervise on-site to ensure that records of key production processes are confirmed by the on-site supervision representatives, guaranteeing that product quality meets standard requirements.
III. Overall Performance Standards
As a building product, container houses must meet certain standards in terms of overall performance. Structural stability is one of the core indicators, requiring compliance with relevant building seismic design codes, such as GB50011-2010, to ensure the safety of users in the event of extreme weather or natural disasters like earthquakes. Furthermore, container houses should also possess good wind resistance, waterproofing, and fire resistance to meet the needs of different usage scenarios.
