Container House Exhaust Vent Images

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, we cannot directly provide images of exhaust vents for container houses, but we can explain the key points related to exhaust vents in combination with the ventilation design characteristics of container houses:

Function of Exhaust Vents

Due to their metal material and relatively enclosed structure, ventilation is crucial for container houses. The main function of exhaust vents is to expel indoor stale air, odors, and excess moisture, maintaining fresh and dry indoor air, enhancing living comfort, and helping to regulate indoor temperature to avoid high-temperature or stuffy environments caused by poor air circulation.

Design Locations of Exhaust Vents

  • Side Exhaust: Commonly found on the side walls of container houses. This design facilitates horizontal air circulation and can effectively expel stale air from the sides of the room. For example, in container houses used as offices, side exhaust vents can work in conjunction with air inlets to create good air convection, ensuring air quality in the office area.
  • Top Exhaust: Some container houses are equipped with exhaust vents on the roof. Top exhaust is beneficial for the upward expulsion of hot air. Since hot air has a lower density and naturally rises, top exhaust vents can more efficiently expel hot air outdoors, especially suitable for situations requiring rapid cooling in summer.

Types of Exhaust Vents

  • Natural Ventilation Exhaust Vents: Generally, holes are made in the container walls, and devices such as louvers or grilles are installed. These exhaust vents rely on the natural pressure difference between indoor and outdoor air for ventilation. They have a simple structure and low cost, suitable for places where ventilation requirements are not particularly high and the environment is relatively good.
  • Mechanical Ventilation Exhaust Vents: Equipped with exhaust fans and other equipment, they forcibly expel indoor air through electric power. In container houses with high air quality requirements or poor natural ventilation conditions, such as those used as laboratories or kitchens, mechanical ventilation exhaust vents can more effectively ensure ventilation performance.
