Container House Design Modules

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

Container house design modules mainly include six types: modular packing-box houses, modular frame-box houses, modular lightweight panel houses, modular container houses, container module houses, and modular box houses.

Modular packing-box houses are based on a steel frame and lightweight wall panel structural system, composed of top frames, bottom frames, corner columns, and interchangeable wall panels. They can be packed for easy transportation. Their applications are extensive, serving as offices, accommodations, dining areas, bathrooms, and combined large spaces, meeting the needs of construction site barracks, field operation barracks, municipal resettlement housing, and various commercial housing requirements. They feature prefabrication, flexibility, and energy efficiency.

Modular frame-box houses have a frame structure that provides strong earthquake resistance, flexible space separation, light weight, and resource conservation. They can flexibly accommodate the construction of planar layouts and are advantageous for arranging construction structures requiring larger spaces. The beams and columns of the frame are easy to standardize and finalize, facilitating the installation of the overall structure and shortening the construction period.

Modular lightweight panel houses have an aesthetically pleasing and simple design, with a main frame welded from lightweight square steel and angle steel according to international standards. The exterior and interior walls use high-grade materials, ensuring a reasonable design without safety hazards. They can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements, equipped with various auxiliary devices and different grades of interior decoration, suitable for multiple fields such as municipal, commercial, community, park, and villa outdoor housing, including mobile kiosks, mobile guard posts, eco-friendly public toilets, and equipment rooms.

Modular container houses are based on containers as the primary material, slightly modified to become houses with windows and doors. They are a type of mobile prefabricated house and represent a very new residential building system that can be moved anywhere at any time.

Container module houses use containers as basic units, combined and spliced to form a modular architectural form. They adopt a steel frame structure, featuring rapid construction, low cost, and mobility, widely used in residential, office, and emergency settings. The core materials are corrosion-resistant steel plates and eco-friendly panels, combined with ship anti-corrosion technology, providing a service life of over 20 years and supporting customized designs in standard sizes ranging from 20 to 60 feet.

Modular box houses, also known as "container houses," adopt a modular design and factory prefabrication, using boxes as basic units that can be used individually or combined horizontally and vertically to form spacious living spaces, with a maximum of three stories stacked vertically. The box unit structure is composed of standard components welded from special section steel, connected by bolts between boxes, ensuring a stable structure and convenient and quick installation.
