Container House Decoration Details

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Container house decoration can achieve diverse effects, with a texture close to that of ordinary houses, meeting the needs of different scenarios such as offices, homestays, and self-living.

I. Decoration Plans and Texture

  • Simple Style: Suitable for construction site dormitories. Wall panels are installed on the walls, and switches and sockets are fully equipped to meet basic living needs.
  • High-end Homestay Style: Ceilings, wooden floors, and integrated bathrooms can be installed. Points for air conditioners and hot water equipment are reserved. The decoration texture is close to that of ordinary houses, providing a comfortable living experience.
  • Customized Style: Customers can choose wall materials, floor styles, and lighting fixtures to achieve personalized decoration.

II. Spatial Layout and Functionality

  • Joint Combination: Using 2-3 containers for joint or staggered stacking can expand functional areas such as living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. For example, connecting two containers can create a flat layout with an integrated living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
  • Staggered Design: Stacking containers in an upper-lower staggered manner can create richer spatial levels and leave a leisure courtyard or aisle area on the ground floor to improve ventilation and lighting.
  • Multi-functional Furniture: For small units, it is recommended to use folding beds (which turn into sofas during the day), folding tables, and integrated cabinets to enhance space flexibility.

III. Lighting and Insulation

  • Lighting: Install large floor-to-ceiling windows, roof skylights, and glass partitions to make the interior bright and transparent, blending with nature.
  • Insulation: Install inner insulation layers on the walls/roof and use triple-glazed windows to achieve warmth in winter and coolness in summer, with better heat insulation than red brick walls.
  • Sunshade: Roof eaves or terrace sunshades can prevent intense sun exposure in summer and enrich the facade.

IV. Courtyard and External Environment

  • Facade Beautification: The exterior facade can be treated with paint spraying, themed spray painting, hanging panels, or glass curtain walls to get rid of the industrial feel and create a villa-like atmosphere.
  • Independent Foundation: The container is elevated on pile foundations to prevent moisture and insects and facilitate site leveling.

V. Construction and Maintenance

  • Construction: Most of the interior decoration work is completed in the factory, reducing on-site construction. After being transported to the site, simple connection of water and electricity allows for immediate occupancy and office use.
  • Maintenance: During the construction phase, all cutting and welding incisions must be polished and coated with epoxy primer + topcoat to prevent rust. Check welds, corners, bottoms, and eaves annually, and immediately polish and repaint any small rust spots found.
