Full Process of Container House Construction
The full process of container house construction includes five main steps: foundation preparation, main structure construction, external structure construction, internal facility installation, and roof and decoration.

Foundation Preparation: There are two common methods. The first is to use a traditional concrete foundation. First, excavate the foundation, lay steel bars, and then pour concrete to form the foundation. Next, use hollow bricks to build a low wall as the load-bearing wall of the foundation, while pouring concrete to enhance the foundation's stability and laying pipelines. The second method does not use a traditional concrete foundation. Instead, a specialized machine is used to screw steel piles into the ground, directly driving them into the soil to a depth of 2 meters. Each pile can support approximately 5 tons of weight. The stability of the piles is verified by real-time measurement of pressure and torque. The house is constructed by placing multiple containers side by side on the pile foundation.
Main Structure Construction: First, hoist the containers and arrange them side by side perpendicular to the direction of the foundation wall to serve as the main structure of the house. Next, modify the containers by using a cutting machine to cut openings inside according to the design, cutting the side iron sheets of the middle containers to create indoor space, welding the joints between containers, applying paint to reinforce the door and window openings, drilling holes in the container floors, removing them to leave only the steel beams, and polishing them. For the second floor, similarly remove the floor and cut the steel beams to form stairwell openings. Then, build the stairs by welding the cut steel plates piece by piece. In some cases, the containers are welded together to form a unified overall structure. The welded plates are treated with anti-rust paint, and the edge joints are carefully sealed with nitrile rubber-based aluminum foil tape.
External Structure Construction: Cut and weld steel components to form a giant steel frame, with one end placed on the roof and the other end cantilevered out to form a cantilevered structure.
Internal Facility Installation: Install doors and windows, erect pipelines, lay floors, etc., to complete the construction of indoor infrastructure.
Roof and Decoration: Build a wooden frame on the roof and cover it with wooden planks, then cover it with waterproof materials. For interior decoration, for example, erect stainless steel pipes and fix them to the wall to form a skeleton, install decorative panels to complete the interior wall decoration, and decorate the ceiling, etc.
