Circuit Diagram of Container House

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

The circuit diagram of a container house needs to be customized according to specific requirements. Its core principles are similar to those of ordinary residences, but it requires enhanced modularity, mobility, and safety. The key design elements are as follows:

1. Core Principles of the Power Distribution System

  • Incoming Power Supply: Connected via external mains power and distributed through a main distribution box (e.g., PZ30 series), which includes a main switch, a residual current device (RCD, with a rated operating current ≤ 30mA), and branch switches. The RCD is used to prevent electric shock, while the air switch is used to prevent overloading; both are essential safety devices.
  • Branch Circuit Design: Divided by function into lighting circuits (for low-power devices like LED light strips), socket circuits (for ordinary appliances), and air conditioning/high-power device circuits (e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners). Each circuit is equipped with an independent circuit breaker, and power calculations should reserve a 20%-30% margin to avoid overloading.
  • Grounding System: Metal containers must be reliably grounded, with a grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms. Galvanized angle steel or copper rods should be buried as grounding electrodes, connected with yellow-green bicolored grounding wires (cross-sectional area ≥ 6mm²) to ensure rapid current diversion to the ground in case of leakage.

2. Circuit Design for Different Scenarios

  • Temporary Accommodation/Office on Construction Sites: With a total power of approximately 5-10kW, the focus is on designing lighting (LED light strips), sockets (4-6 five-hole sockets), and dedicated air conditioning sockets (16A three-hole). The wiring should avoid the main load-bearing structures to prevent damage to the container's strength.
  • Scenic Area Homestays/Commercial Scenarios: With a total power that may reach 15-20kW, it is necessary to configure 40A or 63A high-power circuit breakers and set up independent waterproof electrical control boxes. The bathroom area should use waterproof sockets and moisture-proof wiring to prevent short circuits caused by moisture.
  • Exhibition/Showroom Scenarios: A large number of power outlets need to be reserved for spotlights, LED displays, and multimedia equipment. It is recommended to use modular socket panels for flexible adjustment.

3. Impact of Container Layout Methods

  • Fully Welded Type: Uses exposed wiring (visible wire trays), suitable for temporary accommodation or office use. The walls and roof are made of rock wool for fireproofing and thermal insulation. The exposed wiring facilitates maintenance but has poor aesthetics.
  • Top-Bottom Welded Packaging Type: Uses concealed wiring (hidden within walls and roofs), with a frame that is painted for rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for long-distance transportation and rapid setup. The wiring route should be planned in advance to avoid damaging the structure during later slotting.

4. Safety Precautions

  • Large appliances (e.g., air conditioners, refrigerators) must be on separate circuits to avoid power instability caused by sharing with other devices.
  • Circuit installation is a concealed project and should be completed and tested during the renovation phase to avoid increased costs from rework later.
  • Regularly check the sensitivity of the RCD and air switches to ensure they are functioning properly.
