Container House Cement Fiberboard
Container house cement fiberboard is a building material made with cement as the base material and mineral or other fibers as reinforcing materials. It has fire-resistant, waterproof, and sound-insulating properties, and can be customized according to needs, making it suitable for various construction scenarios.

I. Materials and Classification
The core materials of container house cement fiberboard include rock wool, inorganic fibers, glass fibers, etc., and the materials cover magnesium oxide, mineral fibers, etc. Its basic type is fiber cement board, which is made with cement as the base material and mineral or other fibers as reinforcing materials through pulping, forming, and curing processes. According to fiber types, it can be divided into asbestos boards and non-asbestos boards. Among them, asbestos boards have gradually been phased out due to health risks, and non-asbestos boards are more in line with environmental protection requirements. According to density, it can be divided into high, medium, and low categories. Density differences affect the strength, weight, and sound-insulating effects of the boards. The thickness ranges from 2.5 - 90mm, and the specifications cover lengths of 2000 - 2440mm and widths of 1000 - 1220mm, which can meet different structural requirements.
II. Performance Characteristics
- Fire Resistance: The product meets the non-combustible Class A standard. It is not easy to burn in high-temperature environments and can effectively block the spread of fire. It is suitable for scenarios with strict fire protection requirements, such as distribution room partitions and steel structure floors.
- Waterproof and Corrosion Resistance: The board surface is dense with a low water absorption rate, which can resist erosion in humid environments and extend its service life. At the same time, it has corrosion-resistant properties and is suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical workshops and coastal buildings.
- Sound Insulation and Insulation: The fiber-reinforced structure can absorb sound waves and reduce noise transmission. The material itself is an insulator and is suitable for electrical isolation scenarios, such as distribution room partitions.
- Environmental Protection and Safety: Non-asbestos boards do not contain carcinogens and comply with the JC/T412.1 - 2018 and JC/T412.2 - 2018 standards. There are no harmful gas emissions during construction and use, ensuring the health of personnel.
III. Application Scenarios
Container house cement fiberboard is widely used in building interior and exterior walls, steel structure floors, distribution room partitions, and other scenarios due to its diverse properties. Its customizability (such as shape and size) further expands its application range. For example, rectangular, square, or block-shaped boards can be adapted to different structural design requirements.
