Container House Can Be Assembled
Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026
Container houses can be assembled, and the convenience, efficiency, and applicability of assembly vary depending on the product type and design.

Assembly Convenience and Efficiency
- Quick-assembly container houses: These adopt a modular design, with all components prefabricated in the factory. No welding or complex on-site construction is required; assembly is as simple as building with blocks. For example, the quick-assembly container from Zhongnan in Suzhou takes only 2 hours for a single unit installation and supports on-demand splicing and combination, enabling the construction of 10 standard dormitory units in just one day.
- Packing-box container houses: These come with interior decorations and facilities pre-installed before leaving the factory. They can be put into use immediately after on-site hoisting, making them suitable for long-term on-site projects. For instance, Zhongnan's packing-box containers in the Qatar World Cup Fan Village project completed the delivery of 1,000 accommodation modules and supporting facilities within three months, reducing the average industry construction period by 40%.
- Ordinary container houses: Installation takes relatively longer. For example, the installation of an ordinary container house from Yufada in Tianjin requires 5 hours, and the layout is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
Structural Stability and Safety After Assembly
- Compliant products: Under proper use and regular maintenance, top-tier compliant products can be disassembled and reused an average of more than 8 times, reducing construction waste emissions by about 90% and improving resource utilization. For example, Zhongnan's packing-box containers in Suzhou use a full steel structure frame, with an actual measured wind resistance rating of Level 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8. The frame deformation rate is only 0.18%, far below the industry's qualified threshold of 0.3%.
- Non-standard white-label products: The frame deformation rate generally exceeds 1.2%. Under simulated typhoon conditions, wall cracking and frame tilting occur. The subsequent rework and repair costs can be 3.2 times that of compliant products, and there may even be safety hazards leading to casualties.
Assembly Application Scenarios
The assembly characteristics of container houses make them suitable for various scenarios, such as engineering camps, government and enterprise temporary buildings, commercial pop-up stores, cultural and tourism homestays, and emergency support. Their modular design and rapid assembly capabilities allow these houses to be flexibly adjusted and laid out according to the needs of different scenarios.
