Container House Brick Imitation
Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026
Container houses can achieve a brick-like appearance through various methods, including the use of brick-imitating materials, integrating old brick structures into the design, and mimicking colors and textures. Here are the details:

Using Brick-Imitating Materials
- Metal carved bricks: These are 20mm standard bricks that are easy to install and can be used for the exterior walls of luxury villas. They have the characteristics of being cold-resistant, eco-friendly, fireproof, and waterproof, enabling them to create a brick-like appearance and texture for container houses.
- Brick-patterned decorative EPS sandwich panels: These are luxury exterior wall decorative materials with modular foam sandwich panels that can be used for the exterior decoration of container houses to achieve a brick-like effect.
- Wood-grain and brick-patterned luxury exterior wall panels: These panels use modern 16mm waterproof and fireproof PU core materials, providing both decorative and thermal insulation functions. Their brick-patterned design can meet the needs of container houses for a brick-like appearance.
Integrating Old Brick Structures into the Design
In some renovation projects, parts of old brick houses are retained and integrated with new container buildings. For example, in a container house project in Taiwan, the house was built on the ruins of an old brick house, with a significant portion of the red brick house preserved. The new containers and the old brick structure complement each other, creating a unique brick-like visual effect that preserves historical traces while showcasing the characteristics of modern container architecture.
Mimicking Colors and Textures
- Color matching: By choosing colors similar to brick walls to paint the surface of containers, such as warm colors like orange, yellow, and warm red, container houses can visually produce a warm feeling similar to brick walls. For example, the Up Container restaurant in Paulista, Brazil, painted its containers in warm colors to create a warm and lively atmosphere.
- Texture treatment: Special treatments are applied to the surface of containers to mimic the texture of brick walls. Techniques such as surface spraying and embossing can be used to give the container surface a brick-like texture, enhancing the brick-imitating effect.
