After-Sales Service for Container Houses

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

The after-sales service for container houses covers full-cycle services and warranty policies, but there are also some issues. Details are as follows:

Full-Cycle After-Sales Service:
The after-sales service for container houses spans the entire process of installation, use, and maintenance. During the installation phase, a detailed installation manual (including foundation drawings, lifting diagrams, and circuit layout diagrams) is provided, and technical personnel are dispatched to provide on-site guidance for 1-2 individuals over a service period of 7 days. During the use phase, customers receive operational training, covering the use of doors and windows, circuit switches, and equipment maintenance, along with a user manual and video tutorials. During the maintenance phase, regular follow-up visits (once at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after installation) are conducted to inspect equipment operation and resolve usage issues. Additionally, a 24-hour technical support hotline is established, with emergency failures receiving a response within 2 hours and on-site repairs within 48 hours (72 hours in remote areas).

Warranty Policy:
The main structure (steel frame, foundation connections) is covered by a 5-year warranty (free repairs for non-human-induced damage). The enclosure system (sandwich panels, doors, and windows) is covered by a 2-year warranty. Equipment (air conditioners, fresh air systems, circuits) is covered by a 1-2 year warranty. Customized components (such as special hardware and functional modules) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty scope explicitly excludes human-induced damage (such as violent disassembly, impact from heavy objects) and natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.). After the warranty period, paid repair services are provided with transparent costs (component costs + labor calculations).

Existing Issues:

  1. Installation and Transportation Risks: Structural deformation or component damage may lead to quality issues for customers during initial use.
  2. Insufficient Maintenance Knowledge: Improper handling by customers of key aspects such as waterproofing and rust prevention may shorten the lifespan of the house.
  3. Varied Response Efficiency: Some service providers have slow after-sales response times or unprofessional solutions, affecting the user experience.
  4. Inconsistent Service Standards: There are significant differences in service content and quality across different regions or service providers, increasing customer selection costs.
  5. Limitations on Customized Needs: Some customized needs may not be met during the after-sales phase, leading to customer dissatisfaction.
