Container House Acceptance Template

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The following content can be referred to for the container house acceptance template, covering core aspects such as materials, factory production, on-site installation, and overall performance:

I. Material Quality Acceptance

  1. Steel and Accessories: Check the quality certificates of the steel to confirm that the material meets the design requirements (e.g., Q235B or Q345B), and that the thickness deviation is within the allowable range. Accessories (corner fittings, bolts, connectors) must have qualified markings and complete anti-corrosion treatment (galvanizing or spraying).
  2. Enclosure Materials: Enclosure panels (e.g., rock wool, glass wool) must be Class A non-combustible materials, with thickness and density meeting fire protection standards. Auxiliary materials such as door and window seals and waterproof adhesives must provide weather resistance test reports.

II. Factory Production Quality Acceptance

  1. Structural Welding: Inspect the appearance of welds (no cracks, slag inclusions). Key parts (chassis, lifting points, door frames) must provide non-destructive testing reports (e.g., ultrasonic testing). Welding of weathering steel must comply with the GB/T 4171 standard.
  2. Anti-Corrosion Coating: The coating thickness must be uniform, with no missed or sagging areas. In high-humidity or coastal environments, confirm the anti-corrosion plan (e.g., increasing zinc layer thickness or using epoxy zinc-rich paint).
  3. Dimensional Accuracy: The length, width, height, internal clearance, and equipment foundation position deviations of the container body must be ≤5mm. The positions of openings and cable interfaces must match the drawings, and the lifting structure strength must be verified through calculations.

III. On-Site Installation Quality Acceptance

  1. Foundation and Embedded Parts: The geological survey report must match the foundation type (e.g., strip foundation or independent foundation). The positioning deviation of embedded parts must be ≤3mm, and the re-measurement records must be confirmed by the supervisor.
  2. Main Body Installation: The perpendicularity deviation must be ≤H/1000 (H is the height), and the elevation deviation must be ≤±5mm. The bolt torque values must meet the design requirements (e.g., 8.8-grade high-strength bolts must reach 250N·m), with complete records.
  3. Enclosure System: The overlapping length of the roof and wall must be ≥150mm, and the edge trim must be firmly fixed. The drainage slope of the ridge and gutter must be ≥5%, with no risk of water accumulation. Doors and windows must open and close flexibly, with no missing hardware.

IV. Overall Performance Acceptance

  1. Air and Water Tightness: Water spray tests on areas around windows, ridges, and gutters must show no leakage. Air tightness tests (e.g., blower door method) must meet the Class 8 requirements of GB/T 7106.
  2. Fire Protection and Escape: The fire resistance limit must be ≥0.5h (≥1h for crowded places). The escape passage width must be ≥0.9m, equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting.
  3. Thermal Insulation and Condensation Prevention: Thermal insulation must be continuous at thermal bridges, with no condensation when the indoor relative humidity is ≤60%. The heat transfer coefficient (K-value) must meet the design energy efficiency requirements.

V. Technical Document Acceptance

  1. Provide process documents such as material certificates, welding records, and anti-corrosion coating test reports.
  2. Submit a deviation analysis report between the BIM model and actual components.
  3. Organize hidden project acceptance records (e.g., embedded parts, waterproof nodes) and rectification closure documents.

Acceptance Basis: Must comply with the "Container House Construction Quality Acceptance Standard", GB 50016 "Building Design Fire Protection Code", and local engineering construction standards. Non-conforming items must be rectified within a time limit and re-inspected.
