Container House Acceptance Form

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The container house acceptance form should cover three core aspects: materials, factory production, and on-site engineering, with acceptance items designed based on regulatory requirements and practical considerations. Here are the specific details:

I. Material Quality Acceptance
The acceptance criteria for steel, components, and other materials must be clearly defined. Steel should meet the requirements of GB/T 4171 (welded weathering steel) or GB/T 700/1591 (Q235B/Q345B), with quality certificates and incoming re-inspection reports checked. Components must be verified for consistency in specifications and models with the design, ensuring the integrity of key parts such as corner fittings and bolts. For other materials, such as filling cores for the enclosure structure, the use of flammable materials like EPS is prohibited. In crowded places, Class A rock wool or glass wool should be used, with fire safety inspection reports verified.

II. Factory Production Quality Acceptance

  1. Structure and Dimensions: Verify whether the length, width, height of the container, and internal clearance meet design requirements, and whether the positions of equipment foundations, openings, and cable interfaces are consistent with the drawings. Confirmation of the first sample container must be completed before mass production.
  2. Welding and Corrosion Protection: Check the continuity and appearance quality of welds at key parts such as the chassis, lifting points, and door frames, ensuring no defects like cold welds or cracks. The corrosion protection coating scheme should be confirmed based on the operating environment, with enhanced corrosion protection measures adopted in high-humidity or coastal areas. Inspection reports on coating thickness should be verified.
  3. Sealing Performance: Verify rainproof sealing measures, such as whether the installation of downspouts and elbows is standardized and whether the sealing strips around doors and windows are complete. Leakage can be detected through water spray tests.

III. On-Site Engineering Quality Acceptance

  1. Installation Accuracy: Check verticality, elevation, and connection reliability. Bolt torques should be recorded, and inspection reports on weld appearance and non-destructive testing should be complete. When stacking multiple containers, corner fittings and corner posts must be aligned and locked vertically, and no openings are allowed in overhanging sections.
  2. Function Realization: Test airtightness and watertightness (around windows, ridges, gutters), drainage organization (slope and drainage points), and the flexibility of door and window operation and hardware items one by one. Focus on verifying the continuity of thermal insulation to avoid condensation risks caused by thermal bridges.
  3. Delivery Documents: Require the provision of complete manufacturing documents, including material quality certificates, welding records, corrosion protection coating inspection reports, and airtightness and watertightness test data, to ensure traceability of quality.

IV. Acceptance Basis and Compliance
Reference should be made to the 'Container House Construction Quality Acceptance Standard' and current national relevant standards (such as the GB50016 fire protection code). Acceptance items should clearly define the pass criteria for main control items and general items, with 100% pass rate required for sampling inspections of main control items and a pass rate of no less than 80% for general items, with deviations not exceeding 1.5 times the allowable values.
