Container House Acceptance Form

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

The container house acceptance form should include basic project information, categorized acceptance content, acceptance conclusions and opinions, and remarks. The specific key points are as follows:

I. Basic Project Information
Clearly record the full names of the project name, address, construction unit, contractor, user unit, and supervision unit to ensure clear responsibility entities. Also, mark the acceptance date, the list of acceptance personnel (including their positions), and supervision personnel information for easy traceability of the acceptance process.

II. Categorized Acceptance Content

  1. Appearance Acceptance
Check for cracks, water leakage, or paint peeling on the exterior walls; ensure that metal structures (such as frames and load-bearing supports) are free from rust, deformation, or fractures, that the container corner irons are aligned and undamaged; that the glass is intact without light leakage; and that doors and windows open and close smoothly with good sealing to prevent rainwater leakage or air leakage.

  2. Indoor Acceptance
Ensure that floors, walls, and ceilings are flat without cracks, water seepage, or decorative layer peeling; that electrical equipment (such as lights and sockets) are powered on normally and undamaged; that water supply and drainage facilities (water pipes, drainage outlets) are unobstructed; and that air conditioning and ventilation equipment operate stably to ensure that indoor temperature, humidity, and air quality meet requirements.

  3. Installation Acceptance
Ensure that the foundation is firm and flat, and that the fixing methods (such as anchor bolts, welding) comply with design specifications; that electrical wiring meets safety standards (such as grounding protection, wire diameter matching), that fire protection facilities (such as fire extinguishers, smoke alarms) are intact and reasonably positioned; and that the drainage system has a proper slope with no water accumulation or debris around it.

  4. Structure and Material Acceptance
All components (such as steel structures, wall panels) should be provided with factory certificates of conformity, and their quality should meet national standards; steel structures should be free from deformation, weld failure, or rust, with uniform welds without cracks; fire resistance should reach Class A standards, with fire separation distances and fire exits meeting fire protection regulations; insulation layers should be intact without exposure, and roof panels and wall panels should be free from deformation or damage.

III. Acceptance Conclusions and Opinions
The acceptance opinion column should clearly state 'Meets Requirements' or 'Unqualified' and be signed and stamped by the responsible persons of the user unit, supervision unit, and construction unit to ensure the legal validity of the acceptance results. If there are any unqualified items, the rectification requirements and re-inspection time should be specified in the remarks.

IV. Remarks
Special acceptance requirements (such as environmental protection testing, seismic rating) can be supplemented, or rectification instructions (such as replacing damaged components, repairing leakage points) can be recorded to provide a basis for subsequent maintenance.
