Container House Acceptance Criteria

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The acceptance criteria for container houses should be comprehensively considered from three aspects: materials, factory production, and on-site installation, and must comply with current national and industry standards, as detailed below:

I. Material Quality Acceptance
Container house materials must meet basic performance requirements. Steel should comply with GB/T 700 and GB/T 1591 standards, with priority given to Q235B or Q345B steel. Weathering steel (GB/T 4171) should be used for welded parts. Accessories and other materials must be accompanied by quality certification documents. Fireproof materials must achieve Class A combustion performance, with rock wool sandwich panels requiring a combustion performance test report. Enclosure structures must not use flammable core materials such as EPS, and the fire resistance limit must meet GB50016 requirements (commonly ≥0.5 hours). Anti-corrosion coatings should be determined based on the usage environment, with clear anti-corrosion grades and construction requirements specified for high-humidity or coastal areas.

II. Factory Production Quality Acceptance
The factory production process must establish a quality traceability system, with key process records confirmed by on-site supervisory representatives. Structural stability must comply with GB50011-2010 Architectural Seismic Design Code, such as a maximum deformation of ≤10mm for all-steel structural frames under 12-level strong winds, and weld strength must meet GB/T 19001-2016 standards. Fireproof performance must pass third-party testing, with rock wool sandwich panels achieving Class A combustion performance. Electrical wiring installation must comply with safety regulations, with line protection and grounding devices undergoing special inspections.

III. On-Site Installation Quality Acceptance
On-site installation must verify that container dimensions, equipment foundation positions, and opening interfaces match the design drawings. Structural connections must be secure, with corner fittings and corner columns of multi-layer stacked containers aligned and locked vertically, and lateral force-resisting members symmetrically arranged with uniform vertical stiffness. Waterproof sealing must be verified through water spray tests, with no leakage allowed at doors, windows, or joints. Installation efficiency must meet contractual requirements, such as the on-site assembly time for a single module meeting benchmark standards. Acceptance documents must be complete, including factory certificates, yield strength data for structural steel (≥345MPa), and fireproof material test reports.

IV. Compliance Requirements
In addition to the above standards, acceptance must also refer to T/CECS 1932-2025 'Container House Quality Acceptance Standards', JGJ/T 435-2018 'Technical Standards for Modular Facilities on Construction Sites', and GB 50720-2011 fire protection regulations. Special scenarios (such as emergency rescue or overseas projects) must meet additional compliance requirements and safety warnings.
