Container finished houses come in a variety of specifications, with common standard dimensions being 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height. Additionally, there are customized dimensions and special types such as variants of shipping containers.

I. Standard Specifications

The most common standard container house dimensions are 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height, with an internal clear height of approximately 2.6 meters and an area of about 18 square meters. This specification is suitable for scenarios such as construction site offices and temporary residences, accommodating a double bed, a simple desk, and a standing wardrobe, with efficient space utilization and ease of lifting and transportation. For example, construction site worker dormitories and temporary offices often adopt this size.

II. Customized Specifications

According to customer needs, container houses can be customized into various dimensions:

  • Small Specifications: Such as 3 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height, with an area of 9 square meters, suitable for guardhouses, small warehouses, and other scenarios.
