Container finished houses come in a variety of sizes, with common standard sizes and custom sizes as follows:

I. Common Standard Sizes

1. Small Container House: It is 3 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 2.8 meters high, with an area of 9 square meters. It is suitable for temporary offices or single-person living. However, due to its small size, it is prone to material waste and is usually customized as needed.
2. Standard Container House: It is 6 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 2.8 meters high, with an area of 18 square meters. It is a common choice for construction sites, road construction, and other scenarios, and can accommodate multiple people for living or office work inside.
3. Expanded Container House: It is 7 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 2.8 meters high, with an area of 21 square meters. It is mostly used for two-story mobile homes, equipped with corridors and balconies, and is suitable for long-term living or multi-functional use.
4. International Standard Shipping Container Sizes:
   • 20-foot Standard Container (20GP): The external dimensions are 6058×2438×2591 mm, and the internal dimensions are 5867×2330×2350 mm. It is suitable for single-person offices, dormitories, or shops.
   • 40-foot Standard Container (40GP): The external dimensions are 12192×2438×2591 mm, and the internal dimensions are 11998×2330×2350 mm. It can be divided into multi-functional spaces or multi-person dormitories.
   • 40-foot High Cube Container (40HQ): The external dimensions are 12192×2438×2896 mm, and the internal dimensions are 11998×2330×2655 mm. It is suitable for exhibition halls or housing with height requirements.

II. Custom Sizes

1. Non-standard Length-Width Combinations: According to needs, they can be customized to 3m×6m, 3m×8m, 3m×12m, etc. The length, width, and height can be flexibly adjusted. For example, the width can be selected from 2.5m, 2.55m, 3m, 4m, etc., and the height can be selected from 2.6m, 2.7m, 2.8m, 2.9m, etc.
2. Special Functional Modules: Such as shower modules, toilet modules, conference room modules, etc., can meet diverse scenario needs through combination.
3. Packing-type Container House: The internal dimensions are 5880 mm (length) × 2840 mm (width) × 2500 mm (height). It adopts galvanized steel structure and modular design, facilitating transportation and assembly.

III. Other Considerations

1. Regional Differences: The general standard size in China is 6 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 2.9 meters high, while the general export size is 6 meters long, 2.4 meters wide, and 2.9 meters high.
2. Materials and Workmanship: When customizing, attention should be paid to details such as steel thickness, welding process, and anti-corrosion treatment to ensure safety and durability.
3. Application Scenarios: The size selection should be combined with the actual use, such as temporary construction on construction sites, medical and epidemic prevention, commercial exhibition halls, etc. Some scenarios may require consideration of multi-story splicing or special door and window configurations.
