Container House Carpet Design Drawing
Currently, there is no directly complete design drawing for container houses with carpets, but some design ideas can be provided based on relevant cases for reference.

Carpet Design for Different Functional Areas
- Bedroom Area: Take the 18㎡ container house of a single mother as an example. The master bedroom and children's room are fully carpeted. This design not only creates a warm and comfortable sleeping environment but also reduces the injuries caused by children's bumps and knocks during daily activities. In terms of material selection, soft and skin-friendly wool carpets or synthetic fiber carpets can be considered. Wool carpets have good warmth retention and a comfortable foot feel, but their prices are relatively high. Synthetic fiber carpets are more affordable, wear-resistant, and easy to clean, making them suitable for families with children. In terms of color, light colors such as off-white and light gray can create a peaceful and soft atmosphere, helping to relax the body and mind and improve sleep quality.
- Living Room Area: In the two 18㎡ containers renovated by a man, there is a round off-white carpet under the sofa in the living room of the left container. This round carpet breaks the regularity of traditional square carpets and adds a touch of agility and liveliness to the living room. At the same time, the off-white color matches well with the colors of the sofa and other furniture, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the space. When choosing carpets for the living room, in addition to considering color and shape, attention should also be paid to their wear resistance and ease of cleaning, as the living room is a relatively busy area for family activities with a lot of foot traffic, making it easy to get the carpet dirty. Short-pile synthetic fiber carpets or blended carpets can be chosen as they are relatively easier to maintain.
Coordination between Carpets and the Overall Style
When designing carpets for container houses, full consideration should be given to the coordination between the carpets and the overall interior decoration style. If the house adopts a minimalist and modern style, carpets with simple colors and patterns can be selected, such as solid-color carpets or carpets with geometric patterns, to highlight the simplicity and clarity of the style. If it is a retro style, carpets with traditional patterns or designs, such as Persian carpets, can be chosen to add a retro atmosphere.
Size Planning of Carpets
The size of carpets should be reasonably planned according to the size of each area in the container house and the placement of furniture. In the bedroom, the carpet can cover the entire room or only be placed around the bed. In the living room, the size of the carpet should be large enough to accommodate the main furniture such as the sofa and coffee table, so that the furniture can be placed on the carpet, forming an integrated activity area.
