Construction Site Portable Toilet Production

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

Portable toilets for construction sites can be made using water storage tanks and pallets, with the specific steps as follows:

I. Foundation Structure Construction

  1. Install the mobile device: Use tools to fix universal wheels at each of the four corners at the bottom of the pallet to ensure mobility. The pallet should be made of a material with strong load-bearing capacity (such as metal or high-density wood board) to support the weight of the subsequent water storage tank and accessories.
  2. Process the water storage tank: Place the recycled water storage tank on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top to remove the top and form an open-top tank. Wear protective gear (such as goggles and gloves) during this step to avoid injury from debris or sparks generated by cutting.

II. Tank Combination and Opening Creation

  1. Stack and fix the tanks: Invert another open-top water storage tank and align it with the first tank. Then, use self-tapping screws to fix the outer frames. Ensure that the screws penetrate both layers of the tanks to form a stable structure.
  2. Cut the doorway: Cut a rectangular opening with a height of 180 cm and a width of 50 cm on the outer frame of the water storage tank. At the same time, cut the tank body to the same dimensions to create a doorway. Keep the edges flat during cutting to avoid scratches from burrs.

III. Drainage System Installation

  1. Floor drain: Make a hole in the floor inside the tank body. Insert an elbow and connect it to a water pipe. Seal the gap with glue and then cut off the excess part. The angle of the elbow should conform to the drainage direction to avoid water accumulation.
  2. Toilet fixation: Place the toilet in alignment with the drain and fix it with glue along the edges. The glue should be waterproof to ensure it does not come off during long-term use.

IV. Water Supply System Configuration

  1. Hand-washing device: Fix the water pipe on the wall with clips. Install a faucet and then connect a pipe cap. Make a drain hole below the pipe cap and fix a stainless-steel basin as a hand-washing basin above it (apply glass glue for sealing).
  2. Shower and water tank: Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank. Install the shower hose, bracket, and showerhead to ensure smooth water flow without leakage.

V. Door Installation and Detail Refinement

  1. Install the door: Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank and connect a wooden board at the other end to form a door. Then, reinstall the door handle. The door should open and close flexibly and have good sealing to reduce odor diffusion.
  2. Overall inspection: Check whether all screws are tightened, whether the glue is sealed, and whether the water pipe connections are firm to ensure that the portable toilet has a stable structure and normal functions.
