Usage Standards for Mobile Toilets at Construction Sites
The usage standards for mobile toilets at construction sites cover four major aspects: site selection and installation, daily maintenance, safety and emergency measures, and environmental compliance. The specific requirements are as follows:

I. Site Selection and Installation Requirements
Mobile toilets should be located away from hazardous construction areas, such as the operating radius of tower cranes and the edges of foundation pits, and should avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation to ensure a solid foundation without the risk of settlement. During installation, they should be placed horizontally, with the fixing bolts tightened to prevent tipping, and kept at a safe distance from construction dust areas, water source protection zones, and living areas. The distance from canteens, dormitories, and other areas should be ≥5 meters. The ground should be level, and the toilet structure should be stable to avoid tilting or water accumulation, with a clear sign indicating 'Temporary Construction Toilet'.
II. Daily Use and Maintenance
Before use, check whether the flushing system is functioning properly and whether the fecal collection tank is leaking. Flush at least once a day, arrange for dedicated personnel to clean daily, disinfect twice a day (morning and evening), and promptly remove fecal matter. During rainy or snowy weather, clear accumulated water inside and outside the toilet to prevent freezing and affect usage; increase inspection frequency during peak usage times to ensure no blockages or odors. Construction units should regularly inspect toilet fixtures, electrical circuits, flushing systems, and other equipment, and report for repairs promptly if any damage is found.
III. Safety and Emergency Measures
Install non-slip mats inside the toilet, with handrail heights recommended to be 0.8-1.1 meters, and equip with fire extinguishers and emergency lighting to ensure sufficient lighting during night construction. If equipment fails, immediately post a 'Out of Service' sign and contact for repairs. It is prohibited to stack debris or conduct open-flame operations inside the toilet to avoid safety incidents.
IV. Environmental Compliance Requirements
It is prohibited to dispose of construction waste, chemicals, or flammable and explosive materials in the toilet. Fecal disposal must comply with local sanitation regulations, and a formal removal unit should be selected. Keep the area around the toilet clean, set up hygiene reminder signs, and construction personnel should adhere to the principle of 'civilized toilet use'. In case of sudden failures, immediately contact the rental provider for repairs. It is prohibited to dismantle or modify equipment without authorization to ensure environmental compliance.
