Construction Site Mobile 4-Unit Toilet
The construction site mobile 4-unit toilet is a customized sanitary facility that includes two toilet stalls and two shower stalls, suitable for short-term personnel gatherings such as construction sites.

Main Structure and Stability
The toilet is constructed using color-coated steel plates welded into a box-type structure, typically with a thickness of 85 millimeters. It is reinforced with a steel structural frame to enhance overall stability, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 446 kilograms. The base is welded from galvanized square tubes, paired with a non-slip aluminum tread plate on the floor platform, ensuring both structural stability and slip resistance. Louvers are installed on both sides and the toilet door to provide ventilation and privacy protection while reducing the risk of tipping in strong winds.
Internal Layout and Functional Zoning
The interior of the unit is divided into wet and dry areas by partitions, such as separate toilet and shower compartments, with some models also featuring storage space. The shower compartment is equipped with a hot and cold water mixing valve, showerhead, and lighting switch, while the toilet stall includes a direct-drain energy-saving flush tank, sink, exhaust fan, and energy-efficient lighting. The wet-dry separation design significantly improves usage efficiency, prevents water spillage, and facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance.
Waterproofing and Durability
All joints are treated with waterproof caulking to prevent water infiltration and structural corrosion. The color-coated steel plates and galvanized square tubes are corrosion-resistant, making them suitable for the complex environment of construction sites and reducing long-term maintenance costs. Additionally, the non-slip aluminum tread plate flooring and sealing gaskets further extend the facility's lifespan.
Transportation and Installation Convenience
The product is shipped in a finished form and can be used immediately after being hoisted into place and connected to water and electricity supplies, making it ideal for rapid deployment needs. For overseas transportation, it can be shipped in parts and accompanied by an assembly guide, allowing users to complete the assembly themselves. Before installation, ensure the ground is level, and during assembly, check the integrity of the sealing gaskets to prevent water leakage.
Applicable Scenarios and Scale
The standard area of a container-type mobile toilet (e.g., 16.6 square meters) can accommodate 2-4 functional areas, meeting the short-term usage needs of 20-50 people. Its modular design supports flexible expansion, such as increasing the number of units to accommodate larger-scale demands, making it an ideal choice for construction sites, temporary events, and other scenarios.
