Quality of Mobile Toilets in Construction Projects

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

The quality of mobile toilets in construction projects should be comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions, including structural materials, sewage systems, supporting facilities, evaluation criteria, warranty periods, and quality assurance.

I. Structural and Material Standards The frame structure should be made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures to ensure high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance. Wall materials should distinguish between interior and exterior walls. Exterior walls commonly use metal carved panels or color-steel composite panels, while interior walls often use stone plastic panels or aluminum-plastic panels, filled with flame-retardant insulation materials (such as rock wool). The floor should be waterproof and slip-resistant, commonly using slip-resistant patterned aluminum plates or reinforced composite flooring.

II. Sewage System Standards Choose sewage disposal methods based on usage scenarios: Water-flush direct discharge systems require connection to municipal pipelines, demanding stable flushing and water conservation. Waterless packaging or microbial degradation systems are suitable for locations without sewage pipelines, requiring good sealing, no odor leakage, and high degradation efficiency. Recirculating water flushing systems need to purify flushing water through biological treatment technologies to ensure water treatment effectiveness and the stability of the recirculation system.

III. Supporting Facilities and Functional Standards The interior should be equipped with basic facilities such as exhaust fans, lighting, sinks, mirrors, and shelves. The ventilation system should be equipped with high-power exhaust fans or active fresh air systems. Electrical wiring should be moisture-proof, waterproof, and grounded to ensure electrical safety.

IV. Quality Evaluation Criteria and Implementation Requirements Evaluation should follow national and industry standards, such as the requirements for Class I public toilets in the "Urban Public Toilet Design Standards", as well as standards like "GB/T 18092-2000" and "CJ/T 378-2011". During implementation, it is necessary to inspect foundational engineering (such as pile position deviations and concrete strength), functional systems (such as microbial degradation and anti-leakage effects), and construction management (such as impacts on landscapes and traffic).

V. Warranty Period Regulations According to the "Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects", the warranty period for infrastructure projects is the designed reasonable service life, 5 years for roof waterproofing projects, and 2 years for electrical pipelines, calculated from the date of completion acceptance. During the warranty period, the construction unit is responsible for repairs and compensation for quality issues.

VI. Quality Assurance Recommendations Prioritize products with hot-dip galvanized square tube frames and metal carved panel walls, checking craftsmanship details such as panel seams and bottom waterproofing. Evaluate humanized designs such as exhaust efficiency, floor slip resistance, and door lock indicators. Choose manufacturers that provide sufficient consumables, clear maintenance instructions, and explicit warranty periods.
