Construction Plan for Prefabricated Main Beams in Buildings
The construction plan for prefabricated main beams in buildings includes four parts: project overview, construction preparation, construction process, and quality control. The specific content is as follows:

I. Project Overview
As a key part of the main structure, prefabricated main beams offer advantages such as fast construction speed, stable quality, and good seismic performance. They are suitable for construction projects with high requirements for structural strength and construction efficiency.
II. Construction Preparation
- Technical Preparation
Organize construction technicians to learn the process, familiarize themselves with design drawings, prepare construction plans, and complete drawing review. Focus on checking component specifications, reserved and embedded positions, and node connection details. Conduct three-level technical disclosures for management personnel and operation teams to clarify installation sequence and accuracy standards. Review the factory data of prefabricated components to ensure that indicators such as concrete strength and steel bar performance meet the requirements. Set up a measurement control network with at least 3 elevation control points and at least 2 plane control points, with accuracy meeting the requirements of the Engineering Measurement Standard. - Material Preparation
Check the appearance of prefabricated beams and columns to ensure there are no exposed steel bars, honeycombs, or other defects. The deviation of embedded parts should be ≤3mm, and the deviation of reserved holes should be ≤5mm. For connecting materials, the 3d compressive strength of the grouting material should be ≥40MPa, and the 28d compressive strength should be ≥85MPa. The tensile strength of the sleeve joint should be ≥1.1 times the standard value of the steel bar. Auxiliary materials include steel gaskets, sealants, etc. - Personnel Preparation
Establish a construction team, clarify job responsibilities, and conduct safety and technical disclosures for all personnel to ensure they are familiar with safety precautions. - Site Preparation
Determine the storage site to ensure it is flat and solid; build transportation channels to ensure safety and convenience; set up lifting equipment, such as a 50t truck crane, to ensure that the rated lifting capacity is ≥1.2 times the weight of the components.
III. Construction Process
- Fabrication of Prefabricated Main Beams
Process steel bars and inspect their quality. After setting up the formwork, pour concrete, strictly control the mix ratio, and cure it to the designed strength after pouring. - Transportation
Select appropriate vehicles and protect the main beams from collision damage during transportation. - Lifting
Check lifting equipment and leveling instruments, and lift them according to the designed positions to avoid component damage. - Installation
Ensure perpendicularity and levelness during positioning, and firmly connect them to the main structure through grouting or welding. - Acceptance
Check that there are no cracks or pitted surfaces on the appearance, that the dimensional deviations meet the design requirements, and that the concrete strength and steel bar protective layer thickness are up to standard.
IV. Quality Control
Focus on controlling the fabrication process: Steel bar processing should meet dimensional and strength requirements; concrete pouring should be vibrated densely to avoid honeycombs; during the curing stage, maintain humidity and temperature to ensure strength growth. Strengthen finished product protection during transportation and lifting, and verify quality after installation through grouting density testing, connection node load testing, and other means.
