Connected Mobile Toilet Design

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

Connected mobile toilet design focuses on practicality and convenience, meeting diverse scenario demands through modular structures, lightweight materials, and flexible configurations. Its design features can be analyzed from four dimensions: structure, functionality, mobility, and environmental sustainability:

1. Modular Structure and Space Optimization
Connected mobile toilets adopt single or composite structures, achieving functional expansion through standardized modular combinations. For example, a mobile triple-unit toilet measures 3.1×1.1 meters, integrating an independent shower room, non-slip aluminum flooring, and spherical door locks to accommodate both toilet and shower needs within limited space. Custom quadruple-unit restrooms feature a layout of two squat toilets and two shower rooms, with an external ceramic sink and makeup mirror added to create a 'dry-wet separation' composite functional area. Modules are connected via bolts or clips, supporting rapid assembly and disassembly for easy transportation to temporary sites such as construction sites and scenic spots.

2. Scenario-Based Functional Configuration
The design optimizes functional configurations for different usage scenarios:

  • Basic Functions: Equipped with essential facilities such as squat toilets, exhaust fans, and lighting to ensure hygiene and ventilation;
  • Extended Functions: Additional shower rooms, sinks, and makeup mirrors are added based on demand to enhance user experience;
  • Pre-installed Systems: Plumbing and electrical circuits are pre-installed in the factory, requiring only connection to a cold water supply on-site for immediate use, reducing deployment time.
    For instance, construction sites may prioritize durability and low cost, adopting manual flush sewage treatment, while scenic spots may opt for circulating flush systems that reduce water consumption through biodegradation technology.

3. Mobility and Transportation Efficiency
The design adheres to the principle of 'lightweight + easy handling':

  • Material Selection: The main body uses color-coated steel plates or aluminum alloys, balancing strength and weight, and controlling overall height and width to comply with road transportation limits;
  • Movement Methods: Two options are provided: lifting and handling type (requiring lifting equipment) and powered towing type (tractable by vehicles), catering to different terrains and transportation conditions;
  • Assembly and Disassembly Convenience: Modular design supports single-person operation for assembly and disassembly, reducing labor costs.

4. Environmental Sustainability
Sewage treatment methods include three types:

  • Manual Flush Type: Relies on external water sources, suitable for scenarios with water supply;
  • Circulating Flush Type: Achieves water resource recycling through filtration and disinfection systems, reducing emissions;
  • Dry Packing Type: Uses biodegradable bags to collect excreta, eliminating the need for plumbing, suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas.
    Additionally, some designs integrate solar panels for power supply, further reducing energy consumption.

Application Scenarios and Selection Recommendations
Connected mobile toilets are suitable for scenarios such as temporary toilet facilities at construction sites, peak-period crowd management in scenic spots, and event support at schools. When selecting a model, comprehensive consideration should be given to usage frequency, occupancy, water supply conditions, and budget: for short-term high-intensity use, the powered towing type + circulating flush type is recommended; for long-term fixed deployment, the lifting and handling type + dry packing type can be chosen to reduce maintenance costs.
