Acceptance of Concrete Prefabricated Houses
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
The acceptance of concrete prefabricated houses should be strictly controlled from three aspects: the entry of prefabricated components, key construction nodes, and standard references. The specific requirements are as follows:

I. Acceptance of Prefabricated Components upon Entry
- Structural Performance Inspection
- Inspection Scope: Flexural prefabricated components (such as stairs, floor slabs, and beams) require structural performance inspection, but stairs with a span of less than 3m, floor slabs with a span of less than 3m, and beams with a span of less than 4m are exempt.
- Inspection Method: Conducted at the prefabricated component production plant or on the construction site. For each type of component, every 1000 pieces form a batch, and one piece is randomly selected to inspect indicators such as load-bearing capacity, deflection, and crack width.
- Alternative Solutions: If structural performance inspection is not carried out, an on-site supervision system should be implemented or physical inspection of the components should be conducted. On-site supervision requires recording clock-in information and supervision logs through a regulatory platform, which will be archived as acceptance materials. Physical inspection involves checking the specifications and quantity of reserved steel bars, concrete strength, etc., and conducting a full inspection on the construction site.
- Entry Management Requirements
- Must comply with the entry management regulations specified in the national standard Code for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures (GB 50204-2015) and the Guangdong provincial local standard (DBJ/T 15-171-2019).
II. Acceptance of Key Construction Nodes
- Foundation Stage
- Verify whether the foundation depth reaches the hard soil layer and whether the steel bar model and binding method comply with the drawing specifications.
- Pre-pouring Acceptance
- Check whether the arrangement of steel bars, the setting of cement spacers and stirrup supports, and the placement of radial steel bars are in place to ensure reasonable structural stress.
- Pouring Process Supervision
- The ready-mixed concrete should not take more than 3 hours from the factory to the site. Adding water on site is strictly prohibited, as it will reduce the concrete strength.
- Masonry Stage Acceptance
- Check whether the tooth-shaped joints, tie bars, and door and window lintels (which must be concrete prefabricated parts) meet the requirements to ensure stable wall connections.
III. Standard References
- Shandong Provincial Standard
- The Technical Specification for Fabrication and Acceptance of Prefabricated Components for Assembled Monolithic Concrete Structures (DB37/T 5020-2014) systematically stipulates the quality control and acceptance of the entire production process of prefabricated components.
- National and Local Standards
- The national standard Code for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures (GB 50204-2015) and the Guangdong provincial local standard (DBJ/T 15-171-2019) clarify the requirements for entry management and physical inspection.
Through strict acceptance in the above links, the structural safety and construction quality of concrete prefabricated houses can be ensured to meet the standard requirements.
