Concrete Prefab House Tea Room

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The design of a concrete prefab house tea room needs to balance structural strength, functional layout, and aesthetic presentation. Here are the specific plans:

1. Material Selection and Structural Safety
The main structure uses C30 fine-aggregate waterproof concrete, with 8%-10% Class I fly ash added to reduce hydration heat, minimize cracking risks, and present a soft light-gray granular texture. Reinforcing steel bars are 12mm-diameter HRB400 deformed bars, spaced at 20 centimeters to ensure structural strength for long-term use. If the site is sloped, the foundation construction can retain the terrain undulations, using elevated strip foundations with concrete piers poured every 1.1 meters. Gravel blind drains are laid at the base of the piers for natural drainage, preventing water accumulation from damaging the structure.

2. Spatial Planning and Functional Expansion
The spatial design can refer to two models:

  • Single-pipe design: Using a 3-meter-diameter concrete pipe, with an internal net area of about 7 square meters, divided into an entrance bathroom area, a flexible furniture area (used as a tea seat during the day and converted into a bed at night), and a panoramic soaking pool area to meet multifunctional needs.
  • Combined design: Expand the space through horizontal splicing (2-3 pipes welded horizontally) or vertical stacking (double-layer pipe structure), with steel structures reinforcing the connections. The curved cross-sections are transformed into floor-to-ceiling observation windows to enhance lighting and visual transparency.

3. Functional Layout and Detail Optimization

  • Tea room unit: Custom-made circular booths are installed along the inner walls, with a height-adjustable tea table in the center. One end of the pipe is embedded with a smart tea-ordering screen, and the other end is transformed into a mini tea set display bar, enhancing interactivity and display functions.
  • Composite functions: A specially made pipe with a diameter of 6 meters can accommodate the tea room operation area, adopting a circular circulation design. The central island is equipped with a sunken exhaust system to solve油烟 (soot) problems during cooking or tea brewing.

4. Aesthetic Presentation and Lighting Design

  • Material contrast: Retain 50% of the original concrete texture, with the remaining walls using vertically spliced red cedar strips or 3D-printed ceramic tile mosaics, creating a contrast between natural and industrial styles.
  • Lighting creation: Pre-bury circular tracks at the top of the pipe, combining adjustable-angle spotlights (3000K warm light) and optical fibers simulating the light effect of 'pipe seepage' to create a warm and creative atmosphere.

5. Practical Details and Maintenance Convenience
The roof is covered with 3cm-thick native moss to achieve heat insulation, sound insulation, and drainage functions; the sealing protection uses food-grade silicone protectant to prevent tea stains from seeping in and is odorless, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
