Cleaning Tools for Mobile Toilets

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The main tools for cleaning mobile toilets include high-power vacuum sewage suction trucks, high-pressure cleaning machines, long-handled hard brushes, non-ionic surfactant cleaners, specialized disinfectants, independently sealed waste collection bags, as well as common tools such as toilet brushes, plunger plungers, and manual pipe uncloggers.

1. High-Power Vacuum Sewage Suction Truck
Equipped with corrosion-resistant hoses and quick connectors, it is the core equipment for cleaning mobile toilets. It rapidly sucks up fecal matter through vacuum negative pressure, avoiding direct human contact with pollutants, ensuring high efficiency and hygiene. The hoses need to be acid- and alkali-resistant to handle potential chemical residues in the toilets, and the quick connector design allows for flexible connections in different scenarios.

2. High-Pressure Cleaning Machine
The pressure should reach 120-180 bar. It flushes the inner walls, fixtures, and pipes of the toilet with high-pressure water, effectively removing stubborn stains and blockages. High-pressure water also reduces the amount of cleaner needed and lowers the risk of bacterial growth. Adjust the pressure according to the degree of staining to avoid damaging the surface of the equipment.

3. Long-Handled Hard Brush and Toilet Brush
The long-handled hard brush is used to clean hard-to-reach areas such as the inner walls and corners of the toilet, with bristles of a certain hardness to scrape off adhered substances. The toilet brush is for the inside of the fixtures and should be made of corrosion-resistant materials (such as plastic or stainless steel) to prevent bristle shedding due to cleaner corrosion.

4. Non-Ionic Surfactant Cleaner
This type of cleaner reduces the surface tension of liquids, penetrates, and decomposes organic matter such as grease and feces, while reducing foam production for easier subsequent rinsing. Its non-ionic nature makes it gentle on equipment surfaces and less likely to leave residues, suitable for frequent cleaning of mobile toilets.

5. Specialized Disinfectant
Chlorine-based (effective chlorine 500-1000 mg/L) or hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants are recommended to kill intestinal pathogens, viruses, and other pathogens. Chlorine-based disinfectants should be prepared fresh and not mixed with cleaners; hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants are non-corrosive and suitable for disinfecting metal parts.

6. Independently Sealed Waste Collection Bag
Used to collect solid waste (such as toilet paper and sanitary products), it needs to be leak-proof and tear-resistant to prevent secondary pollution during transportation. After collection, it should be sealed and disposed of according to medical waste or household waste classification standards.

7. Plunger Plunger and Manual Pipe Unclogger
The plunger plunger unclogs fixtures through air pressure and is suitable for minor blockages. The manual pipe unclogger physically removes foreign objects from pipes through the rotation of a spiral wire, suitable for deeper blockages. Both should be regularly disinfected to avoid cross-contamination.
