Chery's Mobile Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

Chery has not directly launched an independent product named 'mobile toilet', but there are designs or social associations related to addressing outdoor toilet needs, which can be divided into the following two categories:

1. Portable toilet configurations in Chery's vehicle models

Chery Rely once applied for the R08 camping vehicle, which is based on a medium-sized pickup truck and positioned as a dedicated vehicle for deep camping scenarios. Its MIIT filing information clearly indicates that it is equipped with a portable toilet, which is one of the vehicle's standard configurations. In addition, the vehicle integrates camping facilities such as a rooftop tent and folding beds to form a complete outdoor living system. The portable toilet is designed to address users' toilet needs in wild environments without fixed sanitation facilities, achieving a balance between functionality and portability through a detachable and easy-to-clean structure. Such configurations fall within the scope of vehicle function expansion and are fundamentally different from independent mobile toilet products, but they demonstrate Chery's responsiveness to niche scenario demands.

2. Social associations with 'mobile toilet' in jest

Linkage Cloud's car-sharing service was once dubbed 'the first mobile toilet for young people' by online public opinion due to the uncivilized behavior of some users (such as defecating in the car). This nickname originated from a social incident rather than product positioning, and Linkage Cloud is a car-sharing platform with no direct equity or operational association with the Chery brand. This case reflects a civilized issue in the use of public resources rather than Chery's product design direction. It should be emphasized that such jest has no relation to Chery's official product planning and cannot be used as a basis for judging its technological roadmap.

Summary: Chery has not currently launched an independent mobile toilet product, but its exploration of outdoor scenario solutions through the configuration of portable toilets in camping vehicles has been demonstrated. The 'mobile toilet' label in social public opinion is a phenomenon derived from specific incidents and should be distinguished from the brand's actual product layout. Whether Chery will expand into such niche markets in the future remains to be seen based on official announcements.
