Chengdu Mobile Toilet Floor Tile Cleaning

Admin 06 de octubre de 2026

The following methods can be referred to for cleaning floor tiles in mobile toilets in Chengdu:

The floor of a mobile toilet is the most easily contaminated area during use, and a scientific cleaning process needs to be established to ensure hygiene quality. When cleaning, the principle of "daily basic maintenance + intensive cleaning of key areas" should be followed, and the specific operations can be divided into the following steps:

I. Preparation of cleaning tools and materials Neutral detergent, chlorine-containing disinfectant (recommended concentration of 500mg/L), hard-bristled brush, soft-bristled brush, mop, rubber gloves, and protective masks are required. Neutral detergent can avoid damaging the glaze on the surface of the floor tiles, and chlorine-containing disinfectant can effectively kill common pathogenic microorganisms. The hard-bristled brush is used to deal with stubborn stains, while the soft-bristled brush is for fine areas such as gaps.

II. Daily cleaning process

  1. Pre-treatment stage Use a broom or dry mop to remove floating dust and solid waste from the floor to prevent scratching the tiles during cleaning. Pay special attention to the area around the drain, where hair, paper scraps, and other debris tend to accumulate.

  2. Main cleaning stage Dilute the neutral detergent at a ratio of 1:50 and spray it on the floor. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes to soften the stains. Use a hard-bristled brush to scrub the surface of the floor tiles at a 45-degree angle, focusing on the deposition of inorganic substances such as urine stains and water scale. For mildew spots in the gaps between tiles, a soft-bristled brush can be used to apply diluted 84 disinfectant for local treatment.

  3. Disinfection treatment After the detergent is completely rinsed off, spray the floor with chlorine-containing disinfectant for a second time. The disinfectant should remain wet for at least 10 minutes to ensure the sterilization effect. During this period, the toilet door can be closed to prevent the volatilization of chlorine gas from affecting the air quality.

III. Treatment of special areas

  1. Cleaning of corners and gaps Use a discarded toothbrush to dip in the detergent and clean the joints between the floor tiles in a circular motion. For long-term accumulated black dirt, first lightly scrape the surface with a utility knife blade, and then use an acidic cleaner (such as toilet cleaner) to dissolve it.

  2. Drain maintenance The drain filter should be disassembled for deep cleaning every month. Use a long-handled brush to remove the adherents on the inner wall of the pipe. It is recommended to regularly add pipe unclogging agents to prevent odor problems caused by the accumulation of organic matter.

IV. Post-cleaning treatment Rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water until there is no foam residue. Use a dry mop or a water absorber to speed up drying. Do not use it until it is completely dry to avoid safety hazards such as people slipping. Cleaning tools should be soaked in disinfectant and then air-dried for storage to prevent cross-contamination.
