Changzhi Mobile Toilet Construction Plan
The Changzhi mobile toilet construction plan mainly includes four aspects: pre-construction preparation, foundation treatment at preset points, positioning of mobile toilet containers during lifting, and construction safety technical requirements.

Pre-construction preparation: Conduct on-site surveys to verify the load-bearing capacity of the site, identify potential hazards such as underground pipelines in the surrounding area, and confirm the distances to water supply and sewage discharge connections. Prepare equipment and materials, transport them to the site three days in advance and ensure proper protection, and coordinate lifting equipment. Assign personnel such as lifting operators, plumbers, electricians, and general workers, complete safety and technical briefings, and obtain relevant approvals for temporary construction site use and road occupation.
Foundation treatment at preset points: For hardened ground, clear debris, grind and level the surface, control the flatness error, and mark the anchor bolt positions. For soft ground, handle long-term and temporary projects separately. For long-term projects, excavate foundation pits, lay crushed stone bedding, pour concrete, and cure it. For temporary projects, lay anti-slip steel plates and pad them with crushed stone.
Positioning of mobile toilet containers during lifting: Before lifting, designate a safety warning area, select an appropriate truck crane, and lock the lifting slings. Keep the container level during lifting, move and lower it slowly to avoid colliding with the foundation. After positioning, use a level to measure the levelness and adjust it with thin steel plates if the error exceeds the standard.
Construction safety technical requirements: Workers must wear safety protective equipment correctly. It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol, fatigue, or illness. Special operation personnel must hold relevant certificates. In summer, provide heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies, and in winter, take anti-freezing measures. Workers should be familiar with emergency evacuation routes, master first aid knowledge, and have first aid kits on site. Identify and control risks such as falls from heights, object strikes, electric shocks, fires and explosions, mechanical injuries, and collapses. For example, inspect scaffolding, standardize material stacking, have certified electricians operate construction electricity, clear flammable materials around welding areas, wear goggles and dust masks, and slope or support foundation pits as required.
