Structure of Changyi Mobile Toilets

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

The structure of Changyi mobile toilets typically includes basic components and diverse structural classifications. Its core structure is consistent with that of general mobile toilets, but specific configurations may vary depending on the usage scenario and requirements.

From a basic structural perspective, mobile toilets are generally composed of several key parts. The fecal wastewater storage tank (or fecal wastewater treatment device) is one of the core components, used to collect and treat fecal wastewater generated during use. In water-flush toilets, the storage tank stores the wastewater, which is subsequently discharged or treated in a specific manner; whereas in some non-water-flush or dry-packing toilets, the treatment device is responsible for packing or degrading the feces. The floor provides a stable standing and activity surface for users, typically made of slip-resistant and easy-to-clean materials to ensure safety and hygiene. Sanitary fixtures, including toilets or squat pans, are the parts directly used by individuals, with their design and materials considering durability and comfort. The walls not only serve to divide the space but also provide a certain degree of privacy protection, with materials varying such as metal, plastic, or composite materials. Washing facilities, such as sinks, facilitate users in cleaning their hands and maintaining personal hygiene. The water tank in water-flush toilets is used to store flushing water, ensuring that sanitary fixtures can be cleaned promptly after each use. The roof serves to protect against wind and rain, safeguarding the internal facilities of the toilet from weather conditions. The mobility device enables the toilet to be easily moved and deployed, with corresponding devices equipped according to different mobility methods, such as lifting, carrying, or powered towing.

In terms of structural form, mobile toilets can be divided into single-unit mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-unit structures are relatively simple and highly independent; composite structures may be composed of multiple single units, offering richer functions and larger spaces. Classified by mobility method, there are lifting and carrying mobile toilets, suitable for scenarios requiring frequent movement over short distances; powered and towed mobile toilets are more suitable for long-distance movement, achieving positional changes through vehicle towing or self-propulsion. According to wastewater treatment methods, they can be classified as water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets, with different types suitable for different environments and conditions to meet diverse usage needs.
