Changning Waterless Flush Mobile Toilet

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

The Changning waterless flush mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly toilet that achieves waste treatment without the need for traditional water flushing. It replaces the water flushing function with physical, biological, or chemical technologies, offering features such as water conservation, environmental protection, and strong adaptability.

Technical Principles and Types

  • Mechanical Packaging Type: Uses biodegradable plastic bags to wrap the squatting position. A mechanical device automatically seals the waste bag and drops it into a fecal storage tank for regular removal. The advantage lies in its complete water-free consumption, and the biodegradable plastic bags highlight its environmental friendliness.
  • Microbial Degradation Type: Utilizes aerobic bacteria to decompose organic matter. The high temperatures generated during decomposition can kill pathogens, and the bacterial carrier (such as wood shavings or coconut shell fibers) needs to be replenished periodically. Suitable for constant-temperature environments, with high resource utilization rates.
  • Foam Sealing Type: An air pump mixes air with a foaming agent to form a foam layer that covers the surface of the toilet. Each foaming event consumes only 0.1 liters of liquid, and waste slides into the pipes. Significant water-saving effects and excellent odor control.
  • Vacuum Suction Type: Uses a vacuum pump to create negative pressure, instantly sucking waste into the main pipeline for transport to a treatment tank. Suitable for high-traffic scenarios, with high treatment efficiency.
  • Chemical Agent Type: Chemical agents are added to the fecal storage tank to decompose excreta and inhibit odors and bacterial growth. Simple to operate, but requires regular replenishment of agents.
  • Incineration Type: Incinerates excreta into ashes through high temperatures, requiring only a small amount of fuel or electricity. Suitable for extremely cold regions, but with relatively high energy consumption.

Structural Features

The toilet body adopts a steel or aluminum alloy frame, with a skin made of fiberglass, stainless steel, or high-strength plastic to ensure durability. The interior is compact, with a standard one-person size of approximately 1.2m × 1.2m. Key components include a degradation tank, temperature control system, exhaust pipes, etc. Some products integrate intelligent sensors that can automatically adjust ventilation and heating power. The sealed design, combined with ventilation louvers and one-way exhaust fans, effectively prevents odor leakage.

Application Scenarios

Suitable for arid regions, ecological protection areas, natural scenic spots, urban parks, temporary venues (such as construction sites and exhibitions), and work areas without water and electricity facilities (such as the grasslands of Inner Mongolia and highway rest stops on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau). It can operate stably in extreme environments (low temperatures and high altitudes).

Development and Advantages

It achieves a water-saving rate of over 90%, with zero pollution and zero odor. Maintenance is simple, and resources can be recycled (such as for composting). Technological upgrades focus on improving the cold and drought resistance of bacterial strains, reducing the cost of packaging bags, and extending the removal cycle. Some products incorporate photovoltaic energy storage systems to enable off-grid operation.
