Changan Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The installation of Changan mobile toilets requires selecting the appropriate process based on the type (split-type/integrated-type) and strictly adhering to safety regulations and sealing requirements. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Planning
    • Ensure the ground is solid and level. If the area has soft soil or uneven terrain, harden it in advance or lay steel plates. The drainage slope should be ≥3% to ensure natural sewage discharge.
    • Measure the installation location dimensions and reserve operating space (e.g., reserve wall installation channels for split-type toilets).
  2. Inspection of Supporting Facilities
    • If connecting to municipal sewage pipes or septic tanks, confirm the interface location and pipe diameter compatibility in advance. Waterless toilets can skip this step.
    • Check the water and electricity supply conditions to ensure a stable power source (e.g., 220V AC) and water supply pressure (≥0.2MPa) on site.

II. Installation Steps for Split-type Mobile Toilets

  1. Chassis and Frame Positioning
    • Use a forklift or crane to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily. Adjust it to a level state using a spirit level and secure the anchor bolts to prevent displacement.
  2. Wall and Roof Panel Installation
    • Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots and fix them with bolts or clips. When installing the roof panels, apply waterproof sealant at the joints to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Wall installation takes approximately 1-2 hours and requires two people to collaborate to ensure the panels are aligned.
  3. Connection of Internal Facilities
    • Install the toilet, flushing system (if water-flushing), sink, and ventilation equipment. Preferably use modular quick connectors for water and electricity pipelines to shorten connection time.
    • Key Points: Test the water pressure stability of the flushing system and confirm the exhaust volume of the ventilation equipment is ≥80m³/h.
  4. Functional Debugging
    • Conduct a flushing test (3 consecutive times without blockage), circuit inspection (insulation resistance ≥0.5MΩ), and sealing inspection (pressure test at 0.1MPa, hold for 10 minutes without leakage).

III. Installation Steps for Integrated-type Mobile Toilets

  1. Lifting and Positioning
    • The factory has completed the interior decoration. Use a crane to lift the entire toilet to the predetermined location on site and adjust the legs to ensure levelness.
  2. Pipe Connection
    • Connect to municipal water supply, power, and sewage pipes. Wrap the connections with Teflon tape and apply PVC glue to ensure tight sealing.
    • If using a dedicated septic tank, confirm the tank burial depth (≥1.2m) and pipe slope (≥3%).
  3. Quick Debugging
    • Focus on checking the water and electricity functions (e.g., lighting and socket power supply) and sewage discharge smoothness (no backflow at the sewage outlet). The overall installation time is approximately 2-4 hours.

IV. Key Precautions

  1. Sealing Treatment: Apply PVC-specific glue or wrap Teflon tape at all pipe connections. When installing sealing rings, prevent flipping to avoid foreign objects entering the pipes.
  2. Safety Regulations: During installation, refer to the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Regulations" (GB/T 21239-2023) and regularly check the aging of bolts, seals, and other components.
  3. Installation of Special Components: If installing a foot pedal bag, clean the reserved hole positions, assemble the transmission mechanism, and test the smooth opening and closing of the lid. When connecting the water supply system, control the inlet and outlet dimensions within 75±3mm.

Tip: If encountering mismatched hole positions, damaged components, or operational difficulties, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel to avoid equipment damage or safety hazards caused by self-installation.
