Cement Small Prefabricated House

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Cement small prefabricated houses are prefabricated buildings with prefabricated reinforced concrete modules as the core, featuring factory-based production and modular assembly. The following is an introduction from multiple aspects:

Core Process: At specialized production bases, core components such as walls, floors, and beams and columns are cast in one go using high-precision molds. Each module integrates multiple structures including a steel reinforcement framework, insulation layer, waterproof layer, and pre-embedded pipelines, allowing for flexible combination.

Structural Performance: C30 - C40 grade concrete is used, with built-in Φ8 - φ12 steel reinforcement mesh. The compressive strength reaches 25 - 30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. Modules are connected using pre-stressed bolts + welded steel plates, with a wind resistance rating of up to Level 10 and a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees.

Construction Efficiency: A single 30㎡ module takes only 7 days for factory prefabrication. During on-site installation, 3 workers with a crane can complete the installation of a single module in 4 hours, and the overall construction of a 100㎡ house takes only 2 days, significantly shortening the construction cycle.

Economy: Taking a 120㎡ rural self-built house as an example, the cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar structure is approximately 180,000 - 220,000 yuan, while the cost of the main modules of a cement house is only 120,000 - 150,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30% and effectively saving on construction costs.

Environmental Protection: Factory-based production reduces construction waste by 90%. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used as materials, with formaldehyde emissions ≤ 0.05mg/m³, well below national standards, making them environmentally friendly.

Functional Adaptability: They support horizontal splicing and vertical stacking (up to 3 floors), enabling applications in multiple scenarios such as rural self-built houses, cultural and tourism homestays, office buildings, and employee dormitories. Some enterprises offer customized services. Their products are cast in one go using high-standard reinforced concrete, featuring seismic and compressive resistance, fire and flame retardancy, and thermal insulation and energy efficiency. They have a designed service life of over 70 years and support overall relocation and secondary disassembly and reuse. There are many brands of related products on the market, with concrete as the main material and assembly methods including lifting and panel assembly. The snow load-bearing capacity can reach 1000kg/m².
