Cement Prefabricated Panel House Structure Diagram

Admin 19 de septiembre de 2026

The structure of cement prefabricated panel houses mainly revolves around the core component of prefabricated panels, and can be divided into two types: traditional prefabricated panel houses and assembled cement houses. The specific structural descriptions are as follows:

Traditional Prefabricated Panel House Structure

Traditional prefabricated panel houses use prefabricated panels as the main load-bearing components, with a relatively simple structural system. Prefabricated panels are cement components prefabricated in factories. During production, wooden models are first nailed together, and steel bars are arranged inside the models before cement is poured, ultimately forming solid or hollow prefabricated panels. Solid prefabricated panels have good overall integrity but are relatively heavy; hollow prefabricated panels have holes inside, which can reduce their self-weight and save materials, but their load-bearing capacity is relatively weak.

In house structures, prefabricated panels are usually laid horizontally on walls or beams to form floors or roofs. Walls are generally made of brick masonry, serving to enclose and divide spaces while also bearing some vertical loads. Prefabricated panels are connected to walls through reserved steel bars or connectors to ensure the overall integrity of the structure. This structural form is simple and fast to construct, but has relatively poor overall integrity and weak seismic performance, making it suitable for low-rise buildings or areas with low seismic requirements.

Assembled Cement House Structure

An assembled cement house, fully named as an assembled reinforced concrete full-frame shear wall structure house, is a more advanced form of prefabricated house. Its overall structure includes L-shaped columns, rectangular beams, and floor slabs, all of which are cast in one piece in factories using dedicated molds, ensuring high precision and quality.

L-shaped columns, as the main vertical load-bearing components of the house, are distributed at the corners and key positions of the house, bearing both vertical and horizontal loads. Rectangular beams connect the L-shaped columns horizontally to form a frame structure, further enhancing the overall integrity and stability of the house. Floor slabs are in the form of prefabricated panels and are combined with the frame structure through reliable connection methods to form a complete floor system.

After the components of the assembled cement house are prefabricated in factories, they are transported to the site for assembly construction. This structural form has the advantages of fast construction speed, controllable quality, good overall integrity, and strong seismic performance, making it suitable for multi-story and high-rise buildings, especially for projects with high requirements for construction period and quality.
