Drawings of Cement Prefabricated Housing Components
The drawings of cement prefabricated housing components precisely specify various technical parameters and construction requirements for the prefabricated formwork of cement mobile houses, as detailed below:

Dimensional Accuracy: The drawings provide highly precise dimensional annotations for the formwork, with length tolerances controlled within ±2mm and width tolerances within ±1.5mm. This high level of dimensional control ensures accuracy and stability during formwork assembly, providing a solid foundation for subsequent concrete pouring.
Structural Design: The formwork employs a truss-type support structure, designed in accordance with the 'Building Structural Design Code'. This design effectively enhances the overall stability of the formwork, enabling it to withstand pressures of up to 500kg/m², ensuring no deformation or damage occurs during concrete pouring.
Connection Nodes: The connection nodes of the formwork utilize a combination of welding and bolt connections. The length of the welds is designed based on the stress conditions at each node, typically not less than 50mm, to ensure robust connections. M12 bolts are selected to further enhance the load-bearing capacity of the nodes.
Surface Treatment: Considering the need for demolding during the prefabrication of cement mobile houses, the drawings require the formwork surface to be polished, achieving a surface roughness of Ra0.8μm. This treatment effectively reduces adhesion between the formwork and concrete, facilitating demolding and improving the smoothness of the concrete surface.
Material Selection: The formwork panels are made of Q235 steel plate with a thickness of 6mm, ensuring sufficient strength and toughness to withstand the lateral pressure during concrete pouring. For reinforcement design, main bars are made of HRB400-grade steel with a diameter of 12mm and spaced at 150mm intervals; distribution bars are made of HPB300-grade steel with a diameter of 8mm and spaced at 200mm intervals. This reinforcement design ensures the safety of the formwork under load.
Joint Treatment: The drawings require the use of sealing strips to seal the joints between formwork panels, with a hardness of 70 Shore degrees. This treatment effectively prevents concrete leakage during pouring, ensuring the quality of the concrete.
Drainage and Corrosion Protection: The drawings include drainage holes with a diameter of 50mm and spaced at 2m intervals to promptly drain excess water during concrete pouring. Additionally, the drawings provide detailed instructions for corrosion protection of the formwork, including rust removal followed by the application of two coats of anti-corrosion paint, each with a thickness of not less than 50μm, to extend the service life of the formwork.
