Production Process of Cement Prefabricated Houses

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The production process of cement prefabricated houses mainly includes steps such as site investigation, raw material proportioning and mixing, mold making and use, mold pressing, drying and curing, and surface treatment.

First, site investigation is carried out. Before making cement prefabricated houses, it is necessary to conduct an on-site investigation of the homestead. This step is crucial. Through the investigation, the topography, geology, and other conditions of the homestead can be understood, providing basic data for subsequent design and construction and ensuring the stability and safety of house construction.

Next is raw material proportioning and mixing. The raw materials such as cement and sand are proportioned according to a certain ratio. This is a key link to ensure the quality of cement prefabricated houses. An improper ratio may affect the strength and durability of the house. After proportioning, the raw materials are poured into a mixer, and an appropriate amount of water is added for thorough mixing, so that various raw materials are evenly mixed to form a cement slurry with certain fluidity and adhesion.

Then comes mold making and use. Appropriate molds are made according to the design requirements of the house. For the foundation part, the mixed cement can be poured into the molds in the excavated foundation pits and filled along the molds. For columns, sticks can be inserted into the column foundation pits to enhance the firmness of the columns, or the molds can be placed on the foundation pits and cement can be poured. When making the roof, place the roof panels on the erected columns, pour cement above the roof, and use a small scraper to evenly scrape the cement to ensure the flatness of the roof.

In some processes, mold pressing is also required. By certain means, such as using equipment like a press, pressure is applied to the cement inside the molds to make the molding more compact and improve the strength and quality of the cement prefabricated components.

After that is drying and curing. After the cement solidifies, drying and curing are carried out. This process requires controlling the temperature and humidity well, allowing the cement to gradually harden and increase in strength in a suitable environment. Generally, the curing time will vary according to the type of cement and environmental conditions.

Finally, surface treatment is carried out. The surface of the formed cement prefabricated house is treated, such as grinding and repairing, to make the house surface flatter and more beautiful. At the same time, it can also improve the waterproof, anti-corrosion, and other properties of the house.
