Cement Prefabricated House Pouring Plan

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The pouring plan for cement prefabricated houses mainly includes four key aspects: foundation construction, prefabricated component production, main structure assembly, and quality control.

Foundation construction is the cornerstone of the entire house construction. First, the ground needs to be treated by clearing debris such as stones and branches from the construction area and leveling the ground to ensure that the bottom of the foundation pit is flat and solid, providing a stable foundation condition for subsequent foundation pouring. Then, foundation pouring is carried out. Based on the design drawings, the dimensions and location of the foundation pit are determined. The concrete is mixed evenly according to a certain proportion and poured into the foundation pit. During the pouring process, vibrating equipment is used to fully vibrate the concrete to make it dense and eliminate internal air bubbles. After the concrete solidifies, a solid foundation is formed, providing stable support for the house.

In the prefabricated component production stage, template installation is the first step. Install the templates precisely according to the design requirements, using tools such as level gauges and vertical gauges to ensure that the verticality and levelness of the templates meet the standards, so as to guarantee the accurate shape and dimensions of the prefabricated components. Subsequently, steel bar binding is carried out. According to the design drawings, determine the specifications, quantity, and location of the steel bars, and bind them according to the specified spacing and anchorage length to enhance the strength and load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated components. After that, concrete pouring is conducted. The well-mixed concrete is slowly and evenly poured into the templates using pumping or manual pouring methods, and it also needs to be fully vibrated. After the concrete pouring is completed, it enters the curing stage. The curing time should be no less than 7 days. During this period, the surface of the concrete should be kept moist, which can be achieved by covering it with plastic film or sprinkling water to ensure the normal growth of the concrete strength.

During main structure assembly, according to the design plan, the produced prefabricated components are assembled in the correct order, including parts such as walls, roofs, and floors. During the assembly process, special connecting pieces and fixing methods should be used to ensure that the connections between the components are firm and reliable, guaranteeing the overall stability of the house.

Quality control runs through the entire pouring process. During foundation acceptance, check whether indicators such as the flatness, verticality, and strength of the foundation meet the design requirements and relevant specification standards. During component acceptance, strictly inspect the dimensions, appearance, and compressive performance of the prefabricated components to ensure that the component quality is qualified. During structural acceptance, check whether the connections of the main structure are firm and whether the flatness meets the requirements. Only when all indicators are qualified can the quality and safety of the cement prefabricated house be guaranteed.
