Cement Prefabricated House Mold Structure

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The cement prefabricated house mold structure focuses on high strength, modularity, and high precision, meeting the requirements of concrete pouring and forming through scientific design. Its structural features are as follows:

1. Core Component Composition The mold consists of key parts such as the mold liner, exterior wall mold, base, and slide rails. The liner directly contacts the concrete and requires a smooth inner wall to reduce friction. The exterior wall mold cooperates with the liner to form the outline of the house. The base provides stable support, while the slide rails are used for mold movement or position adjustment, enhancing operational flexibility.

2. Main Material and Strength The main body of the mold is welded from 8-12mm thick Q345 steel plates, which have high strength and good toughness, enabling them to withstand the lateral pressure and vibration impact during concrete pouring. The frame is reinforced with No. 10 I-beams, forming a grid-like support structure that gives the overall mold a bearing strength of 20MPa, far exceeding the requirements of ordinary concrete pouring and ensuring that the mold does not deform under high pressure.

3. Modular and Assembly Design The mold adopts a modular assembly structure, allowing a single set of molds to produce cement houses of different sizes through combination. For example, it can be assembled into common specifications such as 3m×6m and 4m×8m, with an assembly accuracy of ±0.5mm, effectively avoiding dimensional deviations. Some molds use mortise-and-tenon assembly, combined with precision guide columns, keeping installation errors within 1mm. This not only ensures structural stability but also simplifies the assembly and disassembly process, improving construction efficiency.

4. Automation and Functional Integration Some high-end molds integrate a fully automatic hydraulic system, which uses hydraulic devices to open and close the mold and perform demolding operations, reducing manual operation errors. They are also equipped with an electric vibration function that automatically vibrates during concrete pouring to expel air bubbles and improve compactness. In addition, the inner side of the mold is coated with an imported release agent, which, combined with the vibration forming process, increases the concrete compactness by 30% and ensures that the surface flatness error of the formed product is ≤3mm, significantly improving the appearance quality of the house.

5. Process Optimization and Detail Handling The mold design emphasizes detail handling, such as polishing the inner wall of the liner to reduce demolding resistance, adding reinforcing ribs to the exterior wall mold to enhance local strength, and equipping the base with adjusting bolts to fine-tune the mold's levelness, ensuring uniform concrete pouring. These designs collectively guarantee the dimensional accuracy and structural performance of the prefabricated house.
