Requirements for Molds of Cement Prefabricated Houses
The molds for cement prefabricated houses must meet the following requirements:

Mold Design: It is necessary to fully consider the structural characteristics of concrete components and production process requirements to ensure that the mold structure is reasonable, highly precise, and stable. Custom sizes are supported, with common sizes such as 3×6 meters, 3.3×6 meters, and 3.6×6 meters, which can also be adjusted according to customer needs. The positions of doors and windows can be flexibly changed to meet the requirements of different construction projects.
Material Selection: Materials with high strength, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance should be selected, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. For example, the main body of cement house molds is often welded with 8 - 12mm thick Q345 steel plates, and the frame part is reinforced with No. 10 I-beams to ensure the durability and stability of the molds.
Mold Processing: High precision and surface quality requirements must be met, using advanced processes such as CNC machining, laser cutting, and electrical discharge machining. Cement house molds adopt a mortise-and-tenon joint structure, equipped with precision guide posts. The installation error is controlled within 1mm. The inner side is coated with imported release agents. Combined with vibration molding processes, the concrete compactness can be increased by 30%, and the surface flatness error of the molded product is ≤3mm.
Concrete Mix Proportion: It needs to be reasonably designed to ensure the strength, durability, and workability of the concrete. Cement house molds are suitable for C30 - C40 concrete. The flexural strength of the molded components is ≥4.5MPa, which can meet the requirements for an 8-degree earthquake resistance.
Pouring and Curing: During pouring, the speed and vibration quality must be controlled to ensure concrete compactness. After pouring is completed, timely curing should be carried out to ensure the strength and durability of the concrete.
Mold Cleaning and Maintenance: Before each use, the mold must be thoroughly cleaned of debris and dirt inside, and a release agent should be applied. Regular maintenance should be carried out to extend the service life of the mold.
Safety Measures: During the production process, strict adherence to safety operation procedures is required, such as installing molds according to design drawings, pre-checking mold quality, paying attention to construction stability, and preventing collapse accidents.
Quality Control: Strict quality control from raw materials to finished products is required to ensure the quality of prefabricated cement houses.
Environmental Protection: During the production process, waste and noise generation should be reduced, and effective measures should be taken to protect the environment.
