Cement Prefabricated House Insulation

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Cement prefabricated house insulation can be achieved mainly through two methods: insulated prefabricated cement houses and foam concrete roof insulation.

Insulated Prefabricated Cement Houses

Insulated prefabricated cement houses are a type of housing where cement components are pre-manufactured in a factory and integrated with insulation materials. Their core components include wall panels, floor slabs, and roofs, which are produced through standardized processes in the factory and then transported to the site for rapid assembly. Insulation design is crucial for this type of housing. Typically, insulation materials are embedded within the cement components to form an insulation layer. Commonly used insulation materials include polystyrene foam and rock wool, which effectively reduce heat exchange between the interior and exterior, helping to maintain stable indoor temperatures. For example, in winter, the insulation layer prevents indoor heat from escaping outward; in summer, it blocks outdoor heat from entering the interior, thereby reducing energy consumption for air conditioning or heating and improving energy efficiency.

Foam Concrete Roof Insulation

Foam concrete roof insulation is another method applied in roof insulation projects for industrial and civil buildings. It uses cement and foaming agents as the main raw materials to produce lightweight porous concrete materials. The density of this material is usually controlled at ≤500kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of 0.14 - 0.25W/m·K, offering excellent insulation performance. Foam concrete can adjust its performance parameters according to engineering requirements to meet different insulation needs. In roof insulation projects, foam concrete can be directly poured onto the roof to form a continuous insulation layer, effectively preventing heat transfer through the roof. Its lightweight nature also reduces the roof load, lowering structural costs, while its porous structure provides good sound absorption and insulation effects, enhancing living comfort.

These two insulation methods each have their advantages. Insulated prefabricated cement houses are suitable for the insulation needs of the entire house, while foam concrete roof insulation focuses on the insulation of the roof section. In practical applications, the appropriate insulation method can be selected based on specific needs and engineering conditions to achieve the best insulation effect.
