Cement Prefabricated House Docking

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Cement prefabricated house docking must adhere to strict technical specifications, covering key aspects such as foundation treatment, material inspection, lifting and positioning, connection reinforcement, and on-site assembly. The specific operational points are as follows:

1. Foundation Preparation: Precision Control is Fundamental
The flatness of the foundation directly affects the quality of house docking. The flatness error of the foundation top surface should be ≤5mm, and the elevation difference between adjacent foundations should be ≤3mm. If there are local depressions, secondary leveling with C25 fine aggregate concrete is required, and the surface should be finished with a wooden trowel to achieve a roughness that meets the requirements for grout bonding. This step can prevent stress concentration or structural deformation in the house after docking due to an uneven foundation.

2. Material Inspection: Strictly Control Component Quality
Before docking, a comprehensive inspection of the prefabricated components is necessary:

  • Dimensional Accuracy: Measure the length, width, and height of the house using a 5-meter steel tape measure, with an allowable deviation of ±5mm;
  • Concrete Strength: Test the strength with a rebound hammer, which should be ≥C30;
  • Reserved Structures: Check whether the diameter, quantity, and position of the connecting reinforcement at the bottom of the wall meet the design requirements, ensuring they match the reserved sleeves in the foundation.
    Substandard material quality will directly lead to docking failure or structural safety hazards.

3. Lifting and Positioning: Precise Alignment is Core
Use a crane to slowly lift the house above the foundation and assist in positioning by projecting a crosshair with a laser level. During the operation, continuously observe the levelness of the house and direct the crane to make fine adjustments until the connecting reinforcement is perfectly aligned with the foundation sleeves. This step requires experienced operators to avoid bending the reinforcement or damaging the sleeves due to collisions or misalignments.

4. Connection and Reinforcement: Multiple Measures Ensure Structural Stability

  • Gap Treatment: If there are cracks on the docking surface, first clean the crack surface, inject epoxy resin adhesive, and seal it to ensure dense bonding;
  • Reinforcement Measures: Wrap key nodes with carbon fiber cloth to enhance the tensile strength of the structure through its high-strength properties;
  • Reserved Connectors: Use reliable methods such as bolts, welding, or special grouting sleeves to fix the components and ensure integrity.

5. On-site Assembly: Modular Construction is Efficient and Safe
Docking prefabricated houses is similar to 'building with blocks'. Prefabricated modules are assembled in the designed sequence through mechanical lifting and firmly connected using reserved connectors (such as bolts and welding points). This process must strictly follow the construction drawings to ensure that the axes and elevations of each module are consistent, avoiding cumulative errors that affect the final quality.

Precautions: The entire docking process must be supervised by professional technicians, and key data (such as concrete strength and reinforcement position deviations) should be recorded to provide a basis for subsequent acceptance.
