Construction Drawing of Cement Board Prefabricated House

Admin 19 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, we cannot directly provide the construction drawing of cement board prefabricated houses, but we can introduce relevant design and construction points by combining the construction process and the characteristics of prefabricated cement houses.

The construction design of cement board prefabricated houses should focus on structural safety and functional rationality. From the perspective of the construction process, the foundation is crucial. After demolishing the old house, the depth and width of the foundation trench should be determined according to the geological conditions to ensure load-bearing capacity. Pouring a plain concrete cushion can level the foundation base and prevent groundwater erosion. The cast-in-place raft foundation can evenly transfer the upper loads to the foundation, enhancing overall stability. During the curing period of the foundation concrete, it should be kept moist to avoid cracking that could affect its strength.

When constructing the foundation walls, bricks or blocks that meet the strength requirements should be selected, and the mortar fullness should meet the standards to ensure the verticality and flatness of the walls. The foundation backfill should be compacted in layers to avoid subsequent settlement. When erecting prefabricated panels, it is necessary to ensure a tight connection between panels, which can be enhanced by reserved reinforcement or welding.

In the first-floor masonry, the setting of structural columns is of utmost importance. The connection between the structural columns and the walls should be constructed as a corbeled joint, with the first step being a retreat and the subsequent steps advancing, to increase the bonding surface and improve seismic performance. Lintels are set above door and window openings to bear the upper loads and prevent cracking of the walls above the openings. When constructing indoor walls, attention should be paid to coordinating with the pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines to avoid damaging the wall structure by slotting later.

When supporting the formwork for the first-floor slab, the formwork should be flat and firm to ensure uniform thickness of the floor slab. The reinforcement bars for the floor slab should be bound according to the design requirements, with accurate spacing and diameter of the bars. When pre-embedding water and electricity pipelines, care should be taken to avoid damaging the reinforcement bars.

Custom-made prefabricated cement houses are cast in one piece using high-standard reinforced concrete, resulting in good overall structural integrity and strong seismic performance. Their design requires advance planning of room layouts and door and window positions to ensure precise dimensions of components for easy on-site assembly. During construction, special connectors or welding should be used at the connection points of various components to ensure a firm connection. At the same time, attention should be paid to the waterproofing and thermal insulation treatment of the components to improve the comfort and durability of the house.
