Carved Panel Container House
The carved panel container house is a container-type movable house that uses metal carved panels as exterior wall decoration and insulation materials. It has characteristics such as thermal insulation, fire resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof properties, strong decorative effects, and convenient installation. It is suitable for various scenarios such as temporary buildings, homestays, and construction site dormitories.

Core Structure and Material Characteristics
Three-Layer Composite Structure
The metal carved panel adopts a three-layer design of "surface layer + core material + bottom layer":- Surface Layer: 0.25-0.6mm galvanized aluminum-zinc color-coated steel plate, which is embossed and coated with fluorocarbon or polyester coating. It has strong weather and corrosion resistance and does not fade for 20-30 years of normal use.
- Core Material: Two options are provided - B1-grade flame-retardant polyurethane (with a thermal conductivity coefficient ≤ 0.024W/(m·K), which is thermally insulating and lightweight) or A-grade non-combustible rock wool (with outstanding fire resistance, suitable for public buildings).
- Bottom Layer: An aluminum foil moisture-proof and vapor barrier layer that effectively blocks moisture and prevents wall mildew or condensation problems.
Specification and Decorative Flexibility
- The standard width is 383mm, the length can be customized from 2-6m, and the thickness ranges from 16-50mm (16mm is the commonly used specification).
- There is a rich variety of patterns, including hundreds of textures such as imitation brick, imitation stone, and wood grain. It supports personalized color customization to meet the different style requirements of new rural self-built houses, homestays, and old building renovations.
Functional Advantages
Outstanding Comprehensive Performance
- Thermal Insulation: The polyurethane core material has a low thermal conductivity coefficient, and the rock wool core material has a high fire rating, balancing energy efficiency and safety.
- Waterproof and Moisture-Proof: The aluminum foil bottom layer and the galvanized aluminum-zinc surface layer form a double protection, adapting to humid environments.
- Lightweight and Earthquake-Resistant: The weight per unit area is only 10-15kg/㎡, reducing the building's load-bearing burden and having better earthquake resistance than traditional materials.
- Environmentally Friendly and Recyclable: The materials can be recycled, in line with the trend of green buildings.
Convenient Installation and Maintenance
- Modular Design: Prefabricated in the factory and quickly assembled on-site. Two workers can complete the installation of 100㎡ per day on average, and the construction period is shortened by more than 50% compared to traditional materials.
- Low Maintenance Cost: The weather-resistant coating reduces the risk of fading, and long-term use does not require frequent repairs.
Application Scenarios
- New Construction Projects: Light steel villas, rural self-built houses, homestays, sentry boxes, factory buildings, municipal buildings, etc.
- Renovation Projects: Old building exterior wall renovation, building thermal insulation and energy efficiency upgrades, and interior wall decoration renovation.
- Temporary Buildings: Construction site dormitories, movable board houses, and mobile offices, supporting quick disassembly and reuse.
Suggestions for Selecting Compliant Manufacturers
If you need to make a purchase, you can refer to the following criteria:
- Qualifications and Production Capacity: Confirm that the manufacturer has standardized production lines, mature processes, and experience in large-scale projects (such as serving airports and universities).
- Product Matching: Check whether the fire rating, thermal insulation coefficient, specifications, and patterns meet the project requirements.
- Service Capability: Give priority to manufacturers that provide a full range of services including pre-sales surveys, in-sales customization, and after-sales problem response.
