Capsule Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin 01 de octubre de 2026

There is currently no unified installation standard for capsule mobile toilets, but you can refer to the general installation process of modular mobile toilets. The core steps include positioning, assembly, connection, and debugging, and specific operations need to be adjusted according to the toilet type (split-type or integrated).

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Planning
Determine the installation location of the toilet according to usage requirements. The site should have a solid ground and smooth drainage. If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft, hardening treatment (such as pouring concrete) or laying steel plates should be carried out in advance to prevent the toilet from tilting or being damaged due to foundation settlement.

  2. Tool and Personnel Preparation
Prepare tools such as forklifts, wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels. If water and electricity connections are involved, professional electricians and plumbers should be responsible for the operations. The installation of an integrated toilet requires the collaboration of 2-3 people, while a split-type toilet requires 4-6 people.

II. Installation Process of Split-type Mobile Toilets

  1. Positioning of Chassis and Frame
Use a forklift to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position. Adjust the chassis to a horizontal state with a spirit level to ensure the stability of subsequent wall installations.

  2. Installation of Walls and Roof Panels
Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots one by one and fix them with bolts or buckles. When installing the roof panels, sealing treatment (such as applying waterproof glue) should be carried out to prevent rainwater leakage. Wall installation usually takes 1-2 hours.

  3. Connection of Internal Facilities
Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks, and other facilities, focusing on connecting water and electricity pipelines. Modular design (such as quick connectors) can simplify operations, but it is necessary to ensure the sealing of the interfaces to prevent water leakage or short circuits.

  4. Function Inspection
Conduct flushing tests, circuit inspections (such as lighting and ventilation equipment), and sealing inspections to ensure that all functions are operating normally.

III. Installation Process of Integrated Mobile Toilets

  1. Lifting and Positioning
The factory has completed the interior decoration and equipment integration. At the site, simply use a crane to lift the entire toilet to the predetermined position and fix it after adjusting it to a horizontal state.

  2. Connection of Water, Electricity, and Sewage Pipelines
Connect the water inlet pipe, drainage pipe, and power supply. Use quick connectors or standard interfaces to simplify operations. The installation time for an integrated toilet is relatively short, usually taking 2-4 hours to complete.

IV. Precautions

  • Safety First: When working at heights (such as installing roof panels), wear safety harnesses to prevent personnel from falling.
  • Professional Operation: Water and electricity connections must be carried out by certified personnel to prevent electric shock or pipeline leakage.
  • Environmental Protection Requirements: Sewage pipelines must comply with local environmental protection standards to avoid environmental pollution.
