Bridge Prefabricated House Construction

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

Bridge prefabricated house construction covers multiple key aspects such as factory building construction, construction process planning, and site setup, and requires strict adherence to precision requirements and coordinated management plans.

1. Construction of Bridge Prefabricated Component Factory Buildings

Factory building construction should determine the floor area and building area based on production scale. For example, a supporting bridge concrete prefabricated component production base for a certain expressway covers an area of 20,000 square meters with a building area of 12,000 square meters, capable of producing 1,000 T-beams and 500 box girders annually. The factory building has clearly defined functional zones:

  • Production Workshop: Equipped with gantry cranes, overhead cranes, and concrete mixing, pouring, and curing equipment to meet the full-process needs of component production.
  • Raw Material Storage Area: Uses enclosed sand and gravel silos and cement tank areas to prevent material moisture absorption or contamination, ensuring stable concrete quality.
  • Finished Product Storage Area: The hardened prefabricated component storage yard needs sufficient bearing capacity to prevent component damage due to ground settlement.
  • Supporting Facilities: The office building is used for management and coordination, and the laboratory is responsible for quality testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure construction compliance with standards.

2. Construction Characteristics and Requirements

  • Tight Schedule: A combination of parallel construction and flow-line operations should be adopted. For example, foundation construction and main structure construction should proceed simultaneously to shorten the overall project duration.
  • High Precision Requirements: The floor flatness error in the workshop should be controlled within 2mm per 2 meters, and the deviation of the crane rail centerline should not exceed 3mm; otherwise, it will affect equipment operation stability and component production precision.
  • Numerous Cross-Operations: Steel structure installation, equipment commissioning, and water and electricity pipeline laying need to be carried out simultaneously. A detailed coordination plan should be formulated to clarify the work sequence and safety protection measures for each type of work to prevent accidents.

3. Construction Process

The construction process is divided into six stages:

  1. Preliminary Preparation: Complete site leveling, geological survey, drawing review, and mobilization of materials and equipment to ensure construction conditions are met.
  2. Foundation Construction: Includes pile foundation construction, pile cap pouring, equipment foundation construction, and ground cushion pouring to provide stable support for the subsequent main structure.
  3. Main Structure Construction: Steel structure installation should ensure verticality and welding quality, and roof and wall works should be properly waterproofed and insulated.
  4. Equipment Installation: The installation of gantry crane rails, overhead crane beams, mixing plants, and other equipment should be strictly calibrated to ensure operational precision.
  5. Decoration and Finishing: The ground finish, wall plastering, and ceiling installation should be flat and aesthetically pleasing, and the laying of water and electricity pipelines should comply with safety standards.
  6. Acceptance and Delivery: Pass sub-project acceptance, unit project acceptance, trial production commissioning, and completion acceptance to ensure the factory building has complete functions and meets quality standards.

4. Site Setup for Prefabricated Bridge Construction

The prefabrication plant should be divided into prefabrication areas for cap beams, columns, and box girders, as well as a steel bar processing and distribution center and a living and office area. Each prefabrication area is further divided into a pouring area and a storage area:

  • Pouring Area: Equipped with formwork, vibration tables, and other equipment to ensure dense pouring and smooth surfaces of components.
  • Storage Area: Uses hardened ground and support frames to prevent component deformation or damage and facilitate lifting and transportation.
