Box-type Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation process of a box-type mobile toilet mainly includes three core steps: the preparation stage, frame assembly, and detail handling and finishing work. Specific operations should be carried out in combination with structural characteristics and safety regulations.

Preparation Stage
Before installation, ensure that the installation location meets the requirements: The ground should be level and have sufficient load-bearing capacity to prevent the toilet from tilting or being damaged due to an unstable foundation. Check whether the sewage discharge pipes are unobstructed to ensure that feces or sewage can be discharged smoothly. If a microbial degradation-type sewage discharge is used, arrange the bacterial inoculum投放口 (inoculum投放口 can be translated as 'inoculum投放 port' or simply 'inoculum port' in a more general context, but here we keep the Chinese pinyin for clarity in the translation process and assume it will be properly localized later; a more natural English term might be 'bacterial inoculation port') in advance. Use a level to check the ground levelness, with an error margin controlled within ±5mm to prevent structural deformation during subsequent assembly. At the same time, select the model and configuration according to the usage scenario. For example, in high-traffic areas, it is advisable to choose a packaged sewage discharge type to reduce the frequency of cleaning, while in remote areas, a microbial degradation type can be selected to reduce operation and maintenance costs. In terms of tools, prepare basic equipment such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and electric drills, and materials including sealants, bolts, and nuts. Also, delineate the construction area and set up warning signs to ensure personnel safety.
Frame Assembly
Frame assembly requires two people to cooperate: First, fix the base to the ground using expansion bolts or chemical anchors to ensure a stable connection. Install the right, left, and front wall panels in sequence, tighten the screws with high-strength bolts, and apply sealant at the panel joints to prevent leakage. After installing the upper slot, install the ventilation louvers (usually located on the side or rear walls), with an opening area that meets the requirement of 3-5 air changes per hour to maintain fresh indoor air. Finally, cover the roof, and add waterproof tape at the connection between the roof and the walls to prevent rainwater from seeping in. If a welded steel structure frame is used, check whether the welds are uniform and free of pores, and ensure that the surface anti-corrosion treatment (such as spraying epoxy zinc-rich paint) completely covers the metal components to prevent rusting. The joints of the insulated sandwich panel walls should be edged with aluminum profiles to enhance structural strength and aesthetics.
Detail Handling and Finishing Work
After assembly is complete, conduct a comprehensive inspection: Wipe the inside and outside of the toilet with a cleaning cloth to remove dust and oil stains. Tighten all bolts and nuts one by one, with the torque values meeting the design requirements (for example, an M12 bolt should be tightened to 50-60N·m). Test whether functions such as the door lock, flushing device (if equipped), and lighting system are normal. For a microbial degradation-type toilet, start the bacterial circulation system and observe its operating status. Install an anti-odor floor drain at the outlet of the sewage discharge pipe and a rain cap at the end of the ventilation pipe. Finally, formulate a daily maintenance plan, including cleaning the feces tank weekly, checking the seals monthly, and replenishing the microbial inoculum quarterly, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the toilet.
